Im so impressed with how far youve come. Ive managed to clear my debts n save an emergency fund. Now i want to buy a little home, its not easy but im going for it
Oh my goodness!!! ❤❤❤ I'm so glad that you had a great time with your friend in the yurt!!! I love the PJs! Unfortunately, we don't live in a practical climate for a yurt.😢 Our heat and humidity levels are too much to overcome for the structure and the maintenance expenses/ultity costs would be about 3x (possibly more) than what you pay for your rental trailer. Sorry. Just make these things girl trips!!! So glad to see that you liked the beautiful kitty!!! He was certainly friendly! 😻Edited to ad that I have no idea if your camper might be at at a place that you just pay rent, but no utilities. Or if you pay rent, then you get charged for for water and electric...but you get my thoughts.
Awesome. I was just saying in a short or article earlier today how I was waiting for full video and you delivered. I pray that all is well with your Real Estate and wealth building. We all have ups and downs on our paths. I stumbled last week, but I am back on the path. I will be debt free again, in the near future. 😊😊😊😊
I have stayed in a yurt that had high bunk beds above two bedrooms and also a queen sized bed in a bedroom. It had a kitchen and living room with a composting toilet outside the door. They had running water from a rain barrel and had to haul water up the mountain. A family of 4 lived in it for 10 years. I also lived in a 40 foot gutted airstream on my daughter's property. I had to use the bathroom in the house. Both were quite comfortable.
YES❣️ Yurts are my first tiny house love❣️❣️❣️ You can check out yurts made for hotter weather, where the top opens to circulate air/let out the hot air❣️ Kari
The challenge is finding land where it could be zoned for you to do short term rentals and have a yurt without overbuilding by putting a foundation, etc.
Our climate and the building materials that make up a yurt, the maintenance costs and would it be ultimately economically feasible is the biggest consideration. Then the b.s. with the county, whatever that is. Of course if a yurt is economically possible for our climate, slide one county down into mine. There are less restrictions and more land outside of city limits. But it's still a huge undertaking...
@@BudgetGirl oh in Texas yes your right. This Christmas was freezing in Austin was there for a week I thought it was going to be warmer. I looked at the weather forecast and I went prepared and glad I did. That artic storm came and it was cold with wind chill the went through my cheeks 😂
With your love of small, unique places, have you ever thought of owning a motel? You could decorate and redecorate and re-redecorate each room as the years go by. And please, can you do something about your audio? It is so low I struggle to hear. I know someone else mentioned this, maybe 6 months or a year ago, and you promised to look into it, but it still sounds as though you don't want to be overheard. No, I don't have this struggle with other videos. Thanks!
A motel would be so fun! And sorry on the audio. I've been using a plug in mic, but this video was a bit of a last minute decision and vlog audio is tricky. I'm sorry about that and promise I'm trying.
Hello Budget girl. Please don't buy a yurt. That is all. Just throw whatever money you've got at your mortgage and get yourself some sort of virtual reality yurt or something.
Love to see this videos again. Keep up the good work!
Great video- loved the detail of the yurt- it was fun to tour the town and area with you both. Kitty was super cute, of course!

Thank you! 😊
How fun! Love your sense of adventure.
I’ve stayed in a yurt with a mini-split, so we had A/C available. It was quite comfortable
so good to know, thanks!
I’ve wanted to stay in one for a long time.

I have no idea what a Yurt is! But I clicked on the video.
Becareful the amount of snow we got on the Ashland mountains 30 feet you have to be careful where you build one
it snows about 3 inches on average in Texas annually so snow loaf wouldn't be an issue!
