Makes sense from Japanese perspective as well since they both use kanji/hanzi and in Japanese it’s also probably written as “extraterrestrial”+”person” Edit: yep, uchūjin 宇宙人, literally uchū 宇宙 “outer space”, jin 人 “person”. So it’s not surprising that Sakura would conceptualize aliens as just “people from other planets”
Sakura, 'aliens are human", also confused Sakura, "aliens aren't human?" She is cooked.🤣🤣 Kazuha sweety, half-human is only ancient myths, but thanks for your cute inquiry.👍👍
I meeean she’s not wrong lol, in America they ask questions if you’re an alien or not on some paperwork if they want to know whether you’re a foreigner or not
In English, "alien" originally meant "foreign". To refer to aliens as we know them now, you'd say extraterrestrial alien.. or just extraterrestrials. But after the scifi craze, alien became the common phrase for "aliens from outer space".. though it still means "foreign from earth" as well.
“We have to debate about this”😂😂😂 Just like chicken or egg question😂 i hope they do the debate on vlive
I was going to make the same comment. Would be very interesting to their debate on both subjects !
I can confirm that in Chinese, aliens are literally translated into extraterrestrial people.
So it’s a human. Glad to know then, I almost went back to Mars
I heard a monster character from Super Sentai said 'Human also alien if we see them from the space'. He dead after saying that.
