I LOVE blues, TAB BENOIT, New Orleans. I'm 45 yrs old and unfortunately, due to health reasons, I'm probably not gonna see 46 or 47. I've made a "Bucket List" and going to New Orleans, and seeing Tab Benoit is the number ONE thing on that list. Along with seeing Deacon John Moore, Kermit Ruffins, & eating some ribs at his joint, Allen Tousaint, etc etc... Miracles happen everyday. I pray for this one. A means to to it. Anyhow, I just love music and people. ALL PEOPLE.
+Bryan Clayton good luck with your dream and bucket list of seeing Tab Benoit......live .......Tab is one of a kind and I hope and wish you can see New Orleans.....I do not blame you one bit.......The music down there is one of a kind......like Austin, Texas.......Chicago, Illinois......and Nashville, Tennesse....good luck with your dream......Make it a reality.......god bless you......
I'm in there with you. I also love Tab. I think if you have faith my friend. You will survive with the rest of us. I Know you think you are the only one this has happened to, but it affects everyone in your family. I can't tell you how much faith is the complete answer.
Holy crawfish!...I was just turned on to this guitar player. I'm an instant fan when a blues guitarist can send shivers and chills up my spine...all the way to my "blues loving mind." This guy is in my head...along with all the greats!
I love you Tab!!! i discovered you back in '95 and me and my brother played your music loud and i mean loud all over northern california, phoenix arizona los angeles roswell new mexico everywhere i went i played you loud! i love your stuff!;D
GET OUT OFTHE HOUSE AND SEE THIS MAN PLAY THE BLUES HIS GREAT BAND ALWAYS ON POINT I WILL THINK OF THIS SONG WHEN NEW YORK FINALLY WILL BE NICE AND WARM !!
I love to see a guy, especially a blues guy playing and old scuffed up guitar in lieu of a new shiny and glossy guitar. His old guitar just looks the part.
My favorite tune from Mr. Benoit ! I plug my strat into my tweed Bassman crank it up, turn up my stereo and jam this along and get some mean guitar face going on LOL !!!!!
HEY BRYAN I wish you all the best --- Get out there and see those guys ( Love Tab !) Think positive and you will never have the blues . Go see Albert Cummings, Eric Steckle, Eric Clapton, Walter Trout, Buddy Guy, KWS, Joe Bonamassa, Robin Trower, - just to name a few !
Any Tab fans out there know what amp he is using? When I used to see him in Birmingham in the mid-90s, it was into a TS-808 and then into two blackface Super Reverbs.... Thanks
I was at the show in B’ham. My husband Don Alias brought Tab thru the local radio station The Bear. We came from California to start the station. Brought many artists and shows to the Ham. Tab was one of the Best.
I was just sitting here groovin and thought the same damn thing.Deadly as it is and mad props to tab but....... lawdy it sure would be even tastier with a nice hammond
