I am continually surprised at those who are only just realising this after years of “light work”. I haven’t owned a tv since leaving home at 17, my intuition guided me to natural medicine (none of my 4 children have even had antibiotics- and I was a mum at 18 years young) and natural living, home educating, growing food… looking at addictions on all levels…. Yoga, meditation, breathwork….Now regularly cleansing and detoxing… ❤ all tools we need for now. ❤

I am so distracted by the beautiful surroundings, woods are my favourite. Virgo season energy feels so good to me, its a fresh start. Clearing, organizing, preparing for the winter. Good morning, Tim. I live in the Appalachian mountains of North Carolina in the U.S. Your scenery is a very close match to what I see outside my windows! My only comment is that I forgo pudding, I'm holding out for creme brulee! I'm loving these energies and watching people feel LOVE welling up in their lives.
