    1 cinnamon stick
    3 cloves
    3 cardamom
    1 star anise
    3 tbsp oil
    2 tbsp ghee
    1/2 cup coriander leaves
    1 cup mint leaves
    Salt to taste
    1 large tomato
    1 large onion
    1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
    1/2 lemon
    For chutney:
    1/2 cup mint leaves
    1/2 cup coconut
    2 tbsp coriander leaves
    3-4 green chillies
    1 garlic clove
    1/2 lemon
    Salt to taste
    1 onion (medium)
