No-Gi Jiu Jitsu Classes in Kingston

Our No-Gi BJJ classes cater to martial artists seeking to delve into ground techniques without traditional Gi attire. In the No-Gi classes, we wear a rash guard and MMA-style shorts (so no zips, buttons, and pockets), and grabbing an opponent’s clothing is not allowed.
No-Gi grappling is dynamic, fast-paced, and exciting. These sessions are great for students who want to round out their grappling game and also offer a pathway for students inclined towards MMA and wrestling.
