i got this game and played it till the start of Sector D. got burned out, picked it back up a few months later and after finishing it i can safely say this is easily my favorite mainline SMT.

Idea, but I think why Atlus would've made this game, is because of perhaps a deal to turn it into an actual anime, and decided to then make a remake on-top of it to hide the fact they might make an anime adaption of Strange Journey, whilst remaking the original game in the process.
So is it confirmed that this game won't have an English dub? It'd be unfortunate but I guess a lot of production already went into all those new animations, maybe money's tight :/

Zelenin and Jimenez are two of the best Law/Chaos representatives of any SMT game. Their development makes sense and is gradual.
