Good work, WW. It’s a refreshing change for someone to show parts of London that the average tourist never sees. There are literally dozens of videos on Oxford St., Soho, Covent Garden etc but few on the parts of the city where Londoners actually live. I’m only about 25 minutes away from this walk but it’s new to me, however I’ve only lived/worked in London for around 30 years so there’s still much to be discovered - lol.
Fantastic walk from Richmond all the way to the renewed Battersea area on a nice sunny day at the river. I watched and enjoyed all 4 parts. I liked the first 3 parts until the Putney Bridge the most, after that it was a little to industrial for my taste, but to see Battersea changing and the floating houses area in this 4th part was interesting to see. Thank you very much.
Remember staying at the Premier Inn right next to Putney Bridge on my trip to London in 2019. Yes little bit out but it was a good hotel and enjoyed the area. Specially the cafe at Fulham Palace which I went to daily - had a great view into the park and you felt you were in the country side. And it didn’t take long to get into central London anyway. Went on almost this exact walk.
Love these videos but, rather than walking West from Putney bridge, are you not walking east towards Chelsea? Would love to see a walk heading West from Putney Bridge on the North side of the river. Lots of great parks and pubs along the Fulham/Hammersmith stretch of the river.
Thanks Bill, yes I plan on doing the route you mention, it's a great stretch. And yes, I'm walking east from Putney Bridge towards Chelsea, the description says 'Walking West London...' not 'Walking west through London' - if that was what caused the confusion.

Thank you cameronpaul, it's usually the case that Central London videos get more views, that's why there are so many.
There's no better channel with walks through London than this one!
Thank you Amelia, that's lovely of you to say! 😊
I was lucky to see two logos. Enjoyed the walk. Especially the river and the bridges!
Well done Anne-Lise 👀
Walking along river, or any kind of water, is always so meditative, thanks! :)

Glad you enjoyed these videos Ray, I loved walking by the Thames along the leafy path, it was so peaceful.
It is a nice travel with you 😆
It's always such a pleasure watching the way you record the world. I really like it. Thanks so much... : p
TTW, thanks so much!
Fascinating views for an ex-Londoner who remembers when the north side of the Thames was populated by decaying wharves and oil storage tanks!
Interesting walk, beautiful views of the river! 🙂👍
⭕️ Beautiful video.. 😍Thanks for sharing 👍👍
used to live round here. used to cycle into the city across Putney bridge sometimes. Lovely part of London

Nothing quite refreshing as a Riverside walk in Spring.

I love London! ❤❤❤👏👏👏
So do I. For all its many faults it remains the greatest city on earth.
So sad that Battersea Park fun fair was closed in 1974 it was a true historical gem!💎😇🙏🎊🎉🏞️⛲
