I think, its because of the terrify CC that Helcurt have now. It's like Vexana's first skill, cuzz it makes your opponent moves for a second, this Will make it harder for your to hit your second skill with Helcurt. But I don't know, it's newly revamped so we need to wait a bit longer to see if moonton Will patch this Hero again
