Ahora entiendo el comentario de Razork sobre que los entrenadores no hacen el draft. La LEC necesita mas entrenadores como Melzher o Striker. Ojala Machuki suba en algun momento (solo es opinión). Un entrenador tiene que hacer básicamente lo que Flakked ha pedido cuando han perdido la primera contra BDS. De diez el video.

Idk how Trymbi could improve the team because I think Kaiser wasn't the problem but it'll be interesting to see if we start playing more for Flakked/Trimby
They needed to show community any move. They chose Kaiser, who was great support. Bad move again as with Vetheo. They could keep Vetheo who had showed what he can do last season. I do not understand their decisions.
Trymbi is cool, but I am sorry for Kaiser.
Finally Perkz was benched and we see instant change in the game.
Happy kirei got a chance as a coach. I know he bombed during his time in LEC, but he used to be rank 1 for a long time. Hoping his talents come through as a coach soon enough

Ik kaiser change may seem weird, but from this video you can tell that he isnt maybe fitting the enviorment. You see everybody talking, joking etc while he is sit quiet. I assume that also happens in the game, as he is not vocal and also in the vid u can see that flakked was annoyed with him for that bard pick cuz it was probably his idea. So i dont think flakked and kaiser get along, even if kaiser had one of his best splits. I think trymbi will change this team around for good as i see him as a better option. But we will see

Keep up the hard work, it will pay off eventually. Nobody expected you to win the split with a brand new crew, get top 4 next split and aim to go international on summer. Does not really matter if you are worst than g2 right now, you got an insane ceiling just try to reach it.

For what Aranea said in discord: Jankos and Flakked aren't satisfied with Kaiser because he's barely playing Solo Q, also they couldn't change Perkz because the market for mid lane is empty

@@EngelAguilarBut when he is performing why does it matter. I don't understand that, he was playing better than the rest of his team and yet he is the one that is being kicked. Every time when shit goes wrong such things go to the discussion although they weren't a problem before when it was going ok and in the past where he was winning with MAD back in the day. When someone was performing without much Solo Queue in the past, it's definitely not the big factor in the present when someone plays bad. For the cherry on the top, he didn't really bad individually. So Trymbi maybe is an upgrade but Kaiser deserved better.

I realize that Jankos and Flakked are very close as friends, but one can feel that their relationship leaves an aura of uncomfortable atmosphere for the rest, even if the whole staff and the rest of the players won't say it out loud. Sometimes their behavior can negatively distract them and others' concentration because a lot of such relationships give off that impression. Of course, I wouldn't forbid anything, but more discipline and, above all, a professional approach should be applied more, and fooling around should be left for time outside the schedule. As for the style of play, you lack it. Wunder seemed like he would prefer to play a calmer game; it's also worth trusting him and playing to his strengths. Jankos should return to being a task-oriented jungler and play smartly, as he has continuously been at the top of his position since '15. Now, he's trying too hard to lead and should also start to implement the words of others. Being so highly experienced, he must see that sometimes he goes too far; he needs more ease. Perkz should play what he likes, what he feels comfortable with; forced drafts do not serve him well. Kaizer and Flaked should play more from the champions they've played.

Also I don't think having a close relationship outside the game is affecting negatively the team. They have been always like this, both last year or the previous one in G2. I'd say the problem comes from not having a unique plan, or at least someone who is at least meant to be the leader.

Jankos' early game is so bad, he gets good matchups and playmakers early and he doesn't gank. Or if he does it's only in botlane, and they only get a small lead which they don't know how to snowball into anything meaningful, it's a waste to put resources into Flakked. That's why next split Jankos needs to focus on getting Wunder and Perkz ahead. Sadly Perkz can't get leads on his own anymore so he needs to be babysat, because when ahead early Perkz is still very good at leading the game and transferring his leads, putting him on Azir duty where he just afk farms and can't even make any plans is a waste of his skillset. And Wunder needs to stop being a passenger just playing tanks hoping the rest of the team will do all the heavy lifting. Other top laners get their pocket picks and carry the whole game with them, Wunder needs to prove he can still carry instead of just being a weakside dog. So instead of support getting last pick, give it to Wunder for a counter matchup and tell Jankos top lane actually exists and can be ganked. Kaiser played good, but was probably bad in comms that's why they got Trymbi. Still think the team can be really good, just a lot of bad drafts, worse than usualy performance from players and not realizing who they should be putting their resources into and who actually needs some help to get the best out of them.

Bro did we watch the same split? 80% of Jankos ganks were top so wunder doesn't fall too behind, or covering mid so Perkz doesn't get ganked. If he really played more for bot it would be so different now

Por muy buenos que pudieran ser individualmente si no hay un entrenador que les obligue a jugar como equipo nunca mejorarán.
Razork es de los mejores pero le pasa lo mismo. Con la mentalidad de las individualidades no van a mejorar más.
El entrenador debe decidir el draft y debe decir cómo debe jugar el equipo aunque se equivoque. Aquí cada jugador va a su puta bola.

Creo que además de que no están jugando bien... los draft una completa basura... creo que en mi soloq en puto platino son mejores que de un experto en esto. Espero que paras el siguiente split mejoremos haciendo los cambios que sean necesarios, como si es el supp el mid el adc, pero como sigamos así ya podéis ir vendiendo la plaza de LEC.

Perks accepted a huge pay cut to join Heretics because he was hungry to win. Everyone can see that he had a terrible split but he's not "collecting a pay check"
