Even after being nerfed multiple times; the Romero shotgun remains my favorite gun in the game. Like you said its very satisfying and sounds great. It can be unpredictable and at times you might feel cheated. But more times than not this gun has saved myself and my team.
I run basically this exact loadout but with the regular conversion pistol w/ FMJ and a Romero talon like all the damn time. It's earned me a good 20k Hunt Dollars over the last week :)

Great video! It's expensive, but I always take an uppercut to accompany my shotgun. Because in case a hunter is revived, you can kill him with a shot to the bust.

After switching console manufacturers, I think I went 90% of the initial bloodline ranks with romero/scottfield because it seemed early on they were giving free hunter away with these exact loadouts. Very hard to beat in a steady hand and costs almost nothing even when buying the whole kit. Always love the gameplay Neens, scholar & gentleman 🍻
I can't take the Romero when the Romero talon is just a few bucks more. That 150 heavy melee damage has saved me more than once when there was no time for a reload. I like to pair it with an Uppercut for range.

Thanks for the great content, Neenoh! I do have one question coming to mind right now though, I wonder what the trick is to properly wiggle tech when looting a hunter. Whenever I try to do it the movement of my character slows down tremendously after wiggling around two or so times. Cheers! all your questions are just fine, no worries! the trick is to look down while looting, you can spin around that way. as for the sticky bomb, anything thats stuck in you like a sticky bomb, bolt, arrow etc will cause bleed and when you stop the bleed it'll fall off :) thanks for the kind words!

I can never love each video you put out enough. Quick question do you have the trophy for throwing the sledge hammer at an enemy? I've attempted 2 times but didn't get the trophy. Any suggestions for it? The 1st time was on a leg and the 2nd I think was the upper body or the shoulder
I do! its tough cause the axe/pitchfork one-shot with tomahawks often, but yeah the best way is stealth/ambushing and just getting the drop on someone. you got this!
I've never played Hunt, but do love watching. I seem to understand most of the mechanics from watching gameplay, but one thing I'm still confused about it the differing number of blue dots over your teammates. How come some teammates have one blue dot over their head while another has three? Is it just there to distinguish who is who? Like 1 dot is teammate 1, 3 dots is teammate 3?
A clear example of what I'm talking about is around 17:36 when both of his teammates are on the screen at the same time, you can see the blue dots above their character model's head. One has a single dot, the other has three.
You got it exactly right! The number of dots is just to differentiate the players (and their pings) from one another. When a player does a ping it displays the number of dots of the player who placed it. The player who makes the lobby is 1 dot, and then 2 and 3 dots are the other two players on the team.

if you have fanning, I'd say conversion regular for the accuracy but otherwise I'll just sometimes whip out that chain pistol (got it from a free hunter)

they're both pretty great in their own ways, its hard to choose one. conversion = cheap/good handling/amazing fanning spitfire = fast fire rate/good dmg

Think Fantasy Advanturer party. But for More Modern day tech. Like you have the Sniper man. The Machine gun man. The Dual Pistals Cowbow. The Stealth Guy. The Trapper. The Granader. the Artillery man. The Fire maker. The Medic. The Poison expert. The Supply officer. The Lumber jack. The Big game hunter. The Whaler. Etc and so forth. :3 Would be awesome if you do an Adventurer Themed party loadouts from time to time. :D Would you be interested in this idea?
Maybe I am stupid, but why does your health deplete even when you are reviving at close range? Also, how did your partner survive even though being burned? (both in game 1)

You have to try it out at some point. Watching is a lot of fun, but playing it is something else. The tension in this game is just amazing!

yup! when you stop the bleed, it'll get out arrows/bolts/sticky bombs (not a lance stick though lol)

yeah mainly for bosses/meatheads but if the RNG is there, it can do well close range for PVP

I guess that kinda of makes sense. Probably easier to rip out a spikey stick than a rocket propelled spear of death

mostly for boss/AI, but if I ran out ammo I'd have to whip it out

nah you're fine lol. if the teammate has lost all their bars it will cost some HP to revive them, and you need the bounty to be able to do so
