Is there a way to use heavier veg tan (1mm?) for this project instead of having a lining? I'm planning to make a simpler version of an envelope with less stitching and dyed leather.

Oh sorry about that, did you get it now? Here's the answer. The white one is thin so using for the leather only. Yellow one is thicker so it's not soak the fabric. Hope it helps!
You can use a woodburning tool / Versa-Tool / soldering iron by buying the creasing tips for it. No need to pay a couple hundred dollars for something fancy.
Cool, why didn’t you have the logo turned around the other way? Also, its too nice to go through the mail 😆, but the measurements could be adjusted as a sleeve for a Mac or iPad! 🤔👏🏽👏🏽
It was a mistake to take the logo upside down. When you watch the video, I am surprised and strike it with my hand. 😆 Thanks for the Mac idea, Think it will be great!

Not to be rude but it seems the nylon lining was terribly wrinkled and the corners of your stitching are not points. I enjoy your videos, but you spent so much money and time to make it then failed in small details. It's a little bit lazy. Maybe you didn't care because it's just for UA-cam or you thought it wasn't noticed.
I don't know what's more precious, the hand written letter or the envelop
