When you talk about a servant, can you show a brief picture of what they look like? I do not know all the servants the game has to offer so I am not fully understanding your videos.
If you're that new, you're not in any position to worry about farming high level nodes. I'm new as well so it's not like I'm talking down to you or anything
@ I wouldn’t say I’m that new to the game but I did start playing a year ago and finished lostbelt 6. It’s just that for me, there are hundreds of servants that it’s hard to remember all the nicknames for most of them.
For you my friend I'd advice in that case look up their names on the wiki or gamepress. Like in many games things like this you naturally memorize with time, but until then I'd recommed looking them up. You can also watch other videos and see if you can understand them better.
As someone who's been playing for years, and knows all the characters, having at least a headshot of the character being discussed is really nice in videos like this. Definitely more work, but I think I'd be worth it.
A thing to note for node 2. Unironically if you have a cracked copy of Oberon he actually can potentially loop the node. All the major enemies are servants who are lawful which he has powermod against on his np and they are all Knight classes. Oberon can Black grail loop so the actual charge is not an issue since you are CD reducing a 70% charger but his damage is questionable at low np levels and especially with a lotto C E and you won't be able to follow up with facecard in most scenarios.
For those who's account don't have the busted units mentioned, I highly recommend you all do the 90+ and 90 nodes., which I will be doing as well. Less mat drops but that margin isn't that huge. Also, risk a few AP to experiment in Team Building. A lot of farming guides in FGO mostly follow the same formula which involves, Castoria, Oberon, Koyan, and both versions of Skadis, it can't be helped.
My good girl np 5 120 Arc has been pulling through on all accounts, only sad thing is that she's needed a little bit of card for the last 20k hp on wave 2 in 90++

I'm f2p player too, I played quick with ashiya and tam Lin Tristan and I don't know summer skadi is best quick support and because of that i stupidly not summon for her and instead i summon ibuki summer, now i regret and I didn't use summer ibuki bc all my builded servant is quick servant
I recently got Morgan in the pre release banner. I plan on shifting focus to her for the time being in terms of skills and such. I wasn't able to get more than the initial copy, so I need to focus on building her up in other ways.
What I gathered from this video: I dont own the absolute BIS units for these team comps so I will be having another low roll event. First I was locked out of Halloween and now I can hardly do this event. Sick.
This won't be too difficult as long as you have at one or two decent five stars. The Third node against Kintoki can be easily handled by Izou or Hessian Lobo. There's always something you can do, assuming you've leveled your units.
You could also be like me and might have Good Support Options but no actual DPS. My gameplan is to just Borrow a friend Ibuki and have that carry me with Kriemhild taking out the 1 node.

@gallagher2259 the only good support (talking 5 stars here) I have is Lady Avalon. If you've got a good Arts DPS (Like Nero Bride), take a support Castoria and pair Simya Yi. Assuming you have their skills levelled up, you should have an excellent "spear and shield" type front line. Or sword in this case. If you want, I'll give you my friend code so you can have access to some of my units. I have a Level 100, 10/10/10, NP3 Oberon. That would solve the Buster farming issue, wouldn't it?
I had just started it like a week ago, made it all the way to the second to last boss fight and got my butt kicked. Finally decided I didn't have the patience (or the leylines) to get this done in a handful of days, and spent the rest of my Saint Quartz rolling Morgan's banner 3 times. That did not help. What DID help was clearing some of the Rank Ups. Used the SQ from that on a 4th banner roll, and bam: got Morgan. Crazy, right? Mind you, I'm still mad that I got this far through Lostbelt 6 without the one Servant that was practically built to destroy nearly every enemy in it.
The lotto portion of the event only needs Fuyuki. The story portion is the one that need LB6 clear. At worst, you loose on the excuse plot of every lotto and a grail.
@@EYYYYYJustin If your Xu Fu's skills are maxed you can use her and Paracelsus as replacement Just use the second and third skill of Paracelsus on Ibuki, then use mystic code to swap him with Xu Fu, use first and second skill and then all Castoria skill borrowed from your friends list (save Xu Fu third skill when Ibuki don't manage to reach 100% with one Np) Note: my Ibuki is Np1, not Np3 like yours, plus my Paracelsus skill are not maxed either (both second and third skill are levels 6 or 7) and I manage to loop with Ibuki anyway (except against wave with just 1 or 2 enemies and/or their classes are Assassin or Berserker) But I'm sure that with Np3 Ibuki you can loop better than... Just max Ibuki and Xu Fu skills and use your Paracelsus, trust me
My problem is that I wanna have my cake and eat it too by using a 6 CE setup with FGA. On both my accounts. And, given my F2P status, that is likely not feasible on either one. Honestly, I'm probably not even going to be able to automate 5CE farming, which means FGAing 6CE on the 90+ might be the way to go to preserve my sanity, with manual 6CE 90++ just a few times a day. The last time I manual farmed 100+ boxes was 4 years ago, and it was a nightmare I do NOT intend to repeat.
According to the guides, I should be able to 5CE clear all 3 90++ nodes with S Ibuki and Arc team (with some combo of Koyan, Oberon, Castoria, and/or Reines for supports). Although I think I will go with Melusine, Koyan, Oberon for the last 90++ node so I can 6CE clear it.
First time I'm really not liking one of your videos. And MAYBE, I think you'd like to know why: Personally I was looking forward for some "Hey, I've done some JP and for what I can remember... X and Y sort of comps with Z or W characters work for this, these others for this other node, and these last ones for the very last node". But rather I got a video where I'm being told "hey you could use the most obvious Arts farmer for the first node, the second one is weird and you can use X character if you can manage to make her work, and the last... well, use the most basic buster farming..." (I will say, Last Node explanation felt easier to understand and actually go for it considering the 3-3-1 nature) So yeah I really didn't find anything useful. Or maybe my expectation of the video was way different than what it offered from the get go.
For buster servants except Melusine, they need np4 minimum due to not being able to run the damage ce. Arts and quicks are fine though, np2 should be sufficient with damage ce.
I don't have Oberon yet, so I hope my np5 Ibuki can carry me through this lotto with Castoria/Proto Merlin combo, and Koyan+ np2 Morgan for other nodes if I need to. We'll see I guess. Wish me luck for Oberon in December.
No, you do about 500k in round 1 and 2 90++ due to not having class advantage, which is not enough. And in round 3, you will get stopped by that 235k tametomo if you use BG, you would need to use the mlb damage ce from the event

I'm right there with you, but I have to hope my Summer Skadi, Castoria and Koyanskaya/np2 Morgan combos can make up for not having Oberon. NP5 Ibuki does slap fucking hard though, especially after buffing her with Castoria and Proto Merlin.
If you have oberon, castoria and another ST (preferibly one with their own battery), I'm pretty sure you can Gong it . Alternatively the regular 90+ should be doable.
Honestly I'm just gonna have to multi core the 90+ nodes with Summer Ibuki (np1) and Summer Erice (np3) because I've had my account for like a year and still no Meta supports Xu fu all the way 😂
Will Percival be viable for the Orion node? In terms of farming- I have about 5-ish different teams I can use. And 4 of them are arts. Jason/Percival/Zenobia/Ryoma Lancer + Castoria + Xu Fu + Support Castoria Huyan Zhou + Ruler Da Vinci + Castoria + Support Ruler Skadi Chen Gong + Castoria + Xu Fu + Waver/Ruler Da Vinci + Support Castoria
Lotto is referring to the rewards for the event (the big thing about lottos is ascension statues and skill gems along with some additional materials). In this case it's a gacha pull of a reward box that can be reset when the jackpot has been pulled. This guide is for the most time efficient servants to run the quests that drop the "Lotto" tickets.
It's an event quest, one that you are recommended to grind the heck out of. It drops a currency used to pull materials out of a lotto box. Eventually, when you have pulled all of the materials out of the box, it is empty, and then you get to reset the box and pull the materials again. Each box contains something like 4 million QP, a bunch of friend points for the friend point gatcha, and a couple of every type of the skill level-up gems, and a couple of specific materials. Getting bulk amounts of the skill gems and friend points is almost impossible outside of a lotto event, and the QP is really nice too. If you've been saving apples, this is where you use them.
It's for those deep enough into FGO that farming for materials is the most important part of the game for them. So they are willing to spend dozens if not hundreds of hours (unless they can automate it with FGA) grinding on the same nodes over and over and over and over and over ... again, day in and day out, to get those sweet materials for ascending & skilling up Servants which they may or may not have in their Chaldea yet. It's something that people who aren't into gacha games think is pure insanity. I know I did, until I caught the bug too.
It matters a whole lot if you're appling, and especially if you're FGAing. Last time I manually farmed a lotto was Xmas 2020 and it was a goddamn nightmare. Never again.
He's mostly referring to clearing the fight in minimum(3) possible turns, Most of these are possible to do in 3+ turns. and you have two very good units, try levelling them up, their skills etc. and the current summon has Morgan on rate up, pull for her if you can.

These are 3 turning the 90+/90++. People make then sound like a much bigger deal than they are, they are optimal for farming but not necessary. Farming 90 with CE's is perfectly okay. If you take 4, 5 or 6 turns, that's fine because you got the clear and rewards. What he's covering is for sweaty, minmaxxers (me)
I plan to comment on some of your videos with a suggestion for a topic: a guide for NA players preparing for LB7. I often talk with JP players, and they usually just say, “Prepare and level up your Servants,” but that advice is too general. What’s really missing is an in-depth guide on how to get ready specifically for LB7.

One of my mistakes was to try and summon all the summer and Anni 5*s so I couldn't get my hands on more copies of Ibuki 😢

You have 15 leyline stones and command spells, it can’t be that hard

Use Morgan, her np power mod applies to all enemies in the lb except the final 2 bosses. She facerolls through it.

I'm right there with you, but I have to hope my Summer Skadi, Castoria and Koyanskaya/np2 Morgan combos can make up for not having Oberon. NP5 Ibuki does slap fucking hard though, especially after buffing her with Castoria and Proto Merlin.

new player here what is a lotto? is it just a free 5 star or something if so what servant should i get in the upcoming line up. i have np 2 morgan btw
Its just free materials and QP. There are also a lot of challenge quests.
Lotto is referring to the rewards for the event (the big thing about lottos is ascension statues and skill gems along with some additional materials). In this case it's a gacha pull of a reward box that can be reset when the jackpot has been pulled. This guide is for the most time efficient servants to run the quests that drop the "Lotto" tickets.
It's an event quest, one that you are recommended to grind the heck out of. It drops a currency used to pull materials out of a lotto box. Eventually, when you have pulled all of the materials out of the box, it is empty, and then you get to reset the box and pull the materials again. Each box contains something like 4 million QP, a bunch of friend points for the friend point gatcha, and a couple of every type of the skill level-up gems, and a couple of specific materials. Getting bulk amounts of the skill gems and friend points is almost impossible outside of a lotto event, and the QP is really nice too. If you've been saving apples, this is where you use them.
It's for those deep enough into FGO that farming for materials is the most important part of the game for them. So they are willing to spend dozens if not hundreds of hours (unless they can automate it with FGA) grinding on the same nodes over and over and over and over and over ... again, day in and day out, to get those sweet materials for ascending & skilling up Servants which they may or may not have in their Chaldea yet. It's something that people who aren't into gacha games think is pure insanity. I know I did, until I caught the bug too.
For the charlie node, would an np2 120 summer kama for waves 1 and 3 and summer ibuki for wave 2 with castoria and Oberon be able to clear it?

It matters a whole lot if you're appling, and especially if you're FGAing. Last time I manually farmed a lotto was Xmas 2020 and it was a goddamn nightmare. Never again.
When you have over 100 apples to spend it kinda does. Also FGA needs smooth runs.

No, buster servants can’t use the damage ce so they need to be rocking some really high np levels.

Most of these are possible to do in 3+ turns. and you have two very good units, try levelling them up, their skills etc. and the current summon has Morgan on rate up, pull for her if you can.

These are 3 turning the 90+/90++. People make then sound like a much bigger deal than they are, they are optimal for farming but not necessary. Farming 90 with CE's is perfectly okay. If you take 4, 5 or 6 turns, that's fine because you got the clear and rewards. What he's covering is for sweaty, minmaxxers (me)

I often talk with JP players, and they usually just say, “Prepare and level up your Servants,” but that advice is too general. What’s really missing is an in-depth guide on how to get ready specifically for LB7.

you need LB6 completion for the story side of the event, but you can play the lotto stages and farm as usual without having completed it.

I’m pretty sure they both fill the same role. So you either just roll 1 Morgan then np3-5 on Arjuna or go all in Morgan.

All servants in the first two 90++ nodes feature magic resistance, so start praying to RNG. Also, his mod is watered down by the +200$ damage CE.
