Dude, in a time when websites/services that help transpose/tab didn't exist, you made an excellent acoustic cover. One of my favorite covers from anyone ever, for real dude, hope you still play guitar, bc you're an inspiration to me.

tuning is drop d if that helps. He tunes 3 half steps below drop d and puts a capo on 3rd fret to make the chords easier to play.

@@eldiakecismovive jaja remil aguantee, y llegaste cuando tenías que llegar. Es una banda muy especial, con mucho sentido; marcó una etapa de mi vida y creo que por eso entiendo cuando el cantante dijo que no volvería a formar Algernon porque pertenecía a otro momento de su vida.

I listened to Algernon for years without knowing about any other of the bands in the genre like snowing hightide hotel ect because my brother only showed me old algernon and I'm so happy I found the rest, Its really cool to see a guy who covers all these bands

I am impressed with your cover, i usually don't like acoustic stuff but this was really good and even though you could barely hear your vocals it added something to it but yet you could still hear that you have a pretty good voice. Keep it up

I've forgotten the tunings to pretty much all of the covers I've done. I don't operate based on music theory, so when I retune to cover a certain song, it's all by ear, I don't figure out what note each string is. I listen to the song and make something up. Also, after I record a cover I generally don't play it too much from then on, so I soon forget the tuning. If I could give you the tuning, I would, sorry..

It's usually open A tuning with your low E tuned down to D I don't know how he tunes this before the capo tho...

@kevindrennan1 the capo would probably have to be on a different fret for you.. because my guitar is normal in C# tuning.. so try just regular drop d with no capo.
