That last try was incredible the best last second heart breaker I've ever seen in the sport a whole field effort and the determination and strength to swat away defenders to then run like the wind and score the match winner for medal was mind blowing 🤯 and I'm a kiwi who's played Rugby all my life absolutely inspirational team USA 🇺🇸 ❤ from NZ 👊
Congratulations. Yes we know ilona Maher down here in New Zealand. She is awsome. Like Canada the usa women rugby has being growing and its only a matter of time. Oh by the way, you all sound the same to us.
Wonderful Back Story and an Exciting Bronze Medal Win over the Heavy Favorites Australia...In the Final Seconds of a Trrilling Game! Congratulations Team USA!
I'm from New Zealand but now an NFL fan don't watch rugby anymore But watched your game at the end I was crying I am so happy glad proud over the moon CONGRATULATIONS you deserve it 💖
Near as I can recall, the U.S. and Australia aren't locked in a geopolitical nuclear stand-off that has been ongoing for over three decades, but I get what you are implying. It was an iconic and historic win for the U.S..
@@brandonhall5615 Oh no....lol....I was referring to the overall chance of winning against the Aussies at their game lol... I'm glad you said something...
Don't be discouraged by the bronze medal. It is a great result and although New Zealand got the gold, we think you guys are powerhouses. One day, maybe in 2028, it will be yours!
USA Eagles play England's Red Roses on the 29th of September in Vancouver, France a week later in Langley, then Ireland in Vancouver on the 11th October. Lets hope we see lots of US fans there and some decent TV coverage. Failing that World Rugby's free streaming service Rugby PassTV will have all 27 WXV games live.
It would be great if some network in the U.S pick up the broadcasting rights to their own men's (MRL) Major League Rugby competition & their women's competition the (WPLR) Women's Premier League Rugby & give the sport more exposure to Americans so they can see what a fantastic sport it really is...especially since they're to host the men's Rugby World Cup in 2031
Well done team USA.. Huge defensive effort in the bronze playoff. Brave Performance. Respect from NZ
With American football running in their blood, I don’t understand why the Americans can’t beat NZ. Your haka probably terrifies people.

What is an NFL coach trained them? How about hiring players from the LFL?
After watching Team USA, the NFL looks so boring...
