How To Replace CB350 Diaphragm Non-Destructively

  • Here is an alternative to cutting off the metal and plastic rings on the slide by using OEM style diaphragm replacements. (I got mine from 4into1.com) I think this way is better because you don’t have to risk messing up your slide and if you can’t figure it out you can always do it the other way after. A plastic spoon was the best way to press the new diaphragm into place, good luck!

    I was just watching the videos about it cutting it and felt like I absolutely shouldn’t be doing that- glad to see I’m not the only one! Will try this out and give it a whirl. Thanks for posting.

      Yup also highly recommend buying extras, it’s tricky but possible with a little patience

    I used this method on mine takes patience but still easier than the tin snip method and looks stock when done.

    Make sure to get spares, this can be tricky but possible
