Excellent did work for me except I had hard time in Huawei care to get email, so I clicked on share button on right top, share with email and finally had the Gmail link I could long press on it then perform the whole thing like you show! Works perfectly 👍

I had that too and selected the support app version update which then on next screen had the sharing icon in top right. Selected that and I get email option and was able to continue as per video with that. Hope that made sense.

Yes and no. I did manage to remember the google account that my mom used for the device so we we were able to unlock the tablet but the procedure in this video didn’t work for me.

@@melom26able Unfortunately no, I came to the conclusion that the procedure in question was possible only before a certain patch that corrected that flaw in the tablet firmware, so if you have a tablet that is not updated ok, otherwise you can't do anything about it. There is no solution on the net, and I guarantee you that I have searched long and everywhere. Im sorry.
Guys, I found a solution. If you can't find Gmail after searching "aaa" just search for the hotline number somewhere in this app, save it and add a random e-mail to it. Click on the added e-mail and there you go

I had that too and selected the support app version update which then on next screen had the sharing icon in top right. Selected that and I get email option and was able to continue as per video with that. Hope that made sense.
