@@jrakeshbe Sir... 1) Connect to one normal civil /CAD drawing knowing person , he takes 4-8 k for Entire drawing planning etc etc as I wish + Vastu also 2) now u hv plan , centre line diagram of pillar , slab requisites , beam requisites 3) You shd travel to your land area and Check near by construction on going .Ask labour mestry how much labour he takes for end to end civil labour work 26-29k per 100 sft , he says , Now u hire one engineer on work basis like 1000 rs per visit , Call him on drawing centre line on plot ,. Staircase marking , slab , soo tht this important things are in proper alignments 4) now 2 things got cleared labour is set , but pay him as per PPL arrive on daily basis +2-3k extra and say u take this much and u ll get paid @ last u ll get more money , he also works properly , engineer is there to keep eye on quality , which u hired him on work basis 5) If engineer visits , labourer tend to work properly 6) Material theft problem , Ask Labour mestry to make one family stay at site by making one sheet shed /shed which serves as watchmen for site to us 7) Follow 6 top points to save lakhs and Pride in constructing own home at world class quality Entire said above won't cost above 1 lakh , But can save us 5 times atleast of tht money
