I've always felt that it's great writing in general (especially in this show) when you feel attached to the characters in such a strong way, almost like family;even the villians, who have their own stories.
Rick wasn't really asking Michonne to organize things together with him. He was proposing... and she said yes. From this point on, everyone basically considers them married.
Everytime I see the Rick Michonne discussion about what is and isnt "living" I get nostalgic for BOTH Abraham and Bob because they both said that EXACT thing. Bob on his deathbed to Rick and baby Judy. And Abraham said it to Sasha. And Deanna said it to Michonne on HER deathbed but not in the same words. Because Im conspiratorial minded. And because TWD LOVES continuity it INSTANTLY made me afraid that Rick would die soon. Because all three of those I mentioned died SOON after they said it. Sorta an Aunt May/Uncle Ben "Great power comes great responsibility".....and a dead relative apparently.
Fun Fact: When Tara is talking to Judith there is a specific shot which is shown where Tara is talking to Judith yet you can only see Judith’s hair This is because that isn’t Judith It’s in Fact Melissa McBride who plays Carol standing in for the child because children of that age don’t tend to be very quiet for long especially during monologues like Tara’s one in this scene.
Loved seeing Rick and Michonne on their honeymoon. He did propose when he said he wanted, you and I to continue. They make a cool badass couple. What was the noise? Do you live in the country? Sounded like gun rounds.
I remember when this episode aired everyone complained about the CGI deer To me it wasn’t that bad I’ve definitely seen worse on this show and other shows as well What bothered me is that when Rick falls down from the Ferris Wheel he and the deer are supposed to be cornered but when he falls down all of a sudden the deer is gone and nowhere to be seen Then once Michonne gets there the deer is a carcass being torn apart I’d just like to know where that deer got it’s teleportation powers XD Otherwise loved the episode it was like Rick and Michonne’s honeymoon Also loved the moment where Rick acknowledged he couldn’t save Glenn and that Michonne needs to be ready to lose him once the war begins Beautiful stuff and Great reactions as always Storm Mom And Kimmy.
We are Mom 🏏 I think it was around this season when I noticed that a lot of the walkers are showing more decay than in earlier seasons, and it's easier to tell the ones that have been around for a long time from the newer ones. Still not buying Richonne, but I do like their camaraderie.
Very good episode And it shows what a good person Tara is I’m glad that she went to Rick with the truth not to Rosita Speaking of which words can’t describe how much I dislike Rosita’s arc.
seeing rick and michonne happy warms my heart 😍

That's exactly how I took it too ❤

Imagine living a life so hard that an MRE feels like a feast.
Also I think that this is also the point when Michonne becomes co-leader with Rick They have complete and total partnership and Michonne steps up.

The WORST cgi deer in all of history. 🤣🤣🤣
They spent all day tracking that deer... in their effects program.
Say yes to Negan's supremacy.
