We are truly lucky to have been able to watch him. There will never ever be another tiger. Period
They said that there will not be another jack and then tiger came 15 years later. You are prolly right but you can never say never
@@iamsaved777 Tiger changed the game of golf in a way that Jack never could. Nothing taken away from Jack but if not for Tiger you would have the generation of golfers today. Tiger was more popular than Jordan. He made people want to golf. Tiger probably won’t ever pass Jack but for that 12 year period from 97-09. No golfer was more dominant. The simple fact he held all 4 majors at one time puts him in another stratosphere. You might disagree but this is my opinion
@@BCarr2007 I agree with everything you said. I highly doubt there will be another golfer as great and influential as tiger. My point was that anything is possible so it could happen.
Charlie woods?
@@LikeCheckSaver you never know. It would be the equivalent of climbing Mount Everest naked twice in one day. But so far he looks the part
Here’s my story of that magical day. It was my first time at Augusta that day as well. I could barely contain myself. My father keeping an eye on me to make certain I didn’t make a break for the Hogan Bridge. I’m 44! He’s 74!
When we came up on Tiger, he, Freddy, and Justin had just teed off at 15. I watched him play his second shot from atop the hill. Then he dropped another one and hit again! It was exactly the moment I’ve wanted for so long.
During the break I talked to other fans in the parking lot and begged the Golf Gods to let us back in. I ate egg salad and pimento sandwiches, drank a couple of beers and didn’t spend more than $40. That is until I went into the Golf Shop.
My story was like so many others. And apparently just like yours! Thank you for posting this! It was like I was instantly back there.
Now if you allow me just a little bit more…
While waiting I asked everyone I ran into, including those in my foursome, if you could play only one hole at Augusta National, which one would it be?
I'm not sure, but I want to say your mom's. Sorry😆
I followed Tiger in the final round of 2008 US Open... and the playoff...
Surprised u followed him at the playoff! Cant believe u didnt follow another group!
@@adamistheabomb3 you a professional comedian?...
@@DWHarper62 maybe
@@adamistheabomb3 We all know the real answer...
I felt the same way at 2018 PGA Championship... Tiger Mania is the craziest thing I've ever seen on a course
Going to the Masters would be on my bucket list.
Now you got to film with him
I'm 45, I watched him a few times live, but the 99 Ryder cup at Brookline takes the cake. Fingers crossed he plays there in June!
Just seeing him at a tournament should be on the bucket list but at Augusta should be extra I am going to this years presidents cup I want to see him there but I’m not getting my hopes up
Might be captain?
I got to see him at Merion. I took my Dad for father's day. He wasn't playing very well that Saturday.
Yea same here
Done it in 2001. Seen him at every open championship he's been at since 1996 and at us open 2003. I need to do uspga for the grand slam 😅
How did you get a camera in?
Media and that's a practice round they are filming
@@industrialpalletworx3548 oh thanks
@@kingncaba4984 I don't know if that is the correct answer or not just an educated guess. The actual rounds I don't think anyone is getting a camera in unless you pay big dollars and purchase some kind of filming rights ie Golf Channel
They encourage cameras on practice days. You can't film actual tournament play
That’s what I’m wondering
So so jealous. Could never afford it but love watching others enjoy Augusta
Saw him at the PGA championship at whistling straits in 2012. The Sunday when Dustin Johnson grounded the club in a "sand trap".
Atta boy Frankie!!
That’s awesome.
I followed Tiger at Pebble Beach during the ProAm when he was paired with Tony Romo. Definitely star struck which never happens for me.
Really? A bucket list?? You’re at Augusta, that should be it. It’s mine for 48 years to go there
Agreed. Wouldn’t give two shits if a broken down, former great was taking up a spot or not. It’s Augusta National. The holy grail of golf…
He sure has a low standard bucket list.
Sweets! What kinda of Tiger is it?
The best kind
I would love to mow just one green there.
How often do you get on your knees?
Frankie lives on his knees
I’m jealous
How did they get câmeras into augusta
Frankie should be filming pizza reviews
❤
Go to the local strip joint! Tiger!
How did they get a phone out there?
It's a practice round
Should designed a “barstool golf/masters” sweatshirt
What do u think hes wearing!?!
Seeing Bryson should also be a bucket list moment 🪣
Nah. I saw him at Oakmont. Nothing special. Dustin Johnson was primed that week. He stood out in practice rounds
Bryson who?
Shrink the game
One player I would have loved to stand and watch would have been hogan but unfortunately that will never happen. RIP
Maybe he can fix your chipping
Anyone think that this diabolical channels disrespect of Augustas camera rule is as low as you can get in golf. Terrible.
Tigger’s career is over!
Tell your boss to stop filming women without their consent
First !
Jesus loves you all and died for our sins
If golf was more accessible it'd be less impressive. Seriously old granddaddies are champions in this sport only what a joke athletes
That is some of the worst editing I’ve ever seen my guys you need me on your team
