Congratulations on your OT goals! That’s what my granddaughter is studying! This is the ultimate compliment too. I’m happy to hear that my videos motivate you! Actually congrats to you for looking for ways to motivate yourself! Because we all burn out sometimes & we need to find our way out of it. I actually have a video on burnout because I’ve been there myself! Create a great day

Maria, this is my specialty, I work with Gastrointestinal Doctors and we go over all this material. You did a wonderful job of explaining this first part of GI. I look forward to see the 2nd half.

Sometimes it’s challenging and when I read a comment like yours it makes it worthwhile! Yes we all need a review sometimes! Even I watch my own reviews sometimes when I’m getting ready to teach just to refresh my memory 🤣😂. Create a great day ❤️🤗

In our culture there is a description about friends and friendship, like liver and gallbladder, which means to treat each other with all sincerity and share weal and woe. Today’s episode sees the true relationship of gastrointestinal family, all members closely tied, like liver, like gallbladder, like pancreas, and intestines and stomach. Something we must take into consideration, fibers, water and nutritious foods, and the pace that we must slow down eating to reduce certain burden of our digestion system. Thanks Maria for another wonderful lesson. Dimple’s Day36 check in.

This is one of my favorite systems to teach! I like your insight of thinking of them as a closely related family. They have to work in synchronization to carry out such important tasks. The liver being the largest organ carries a heavy task of many functions. It is very important to be relaxed & engaging the parasympathetic system for healthy GI functions! Congrats on your continued studies! Create a great day 🙏❤️

Thanks for another path' video Maria. Love this subject area of path'. We were trainned to talk about poop / include this in our initial client intake consultations. Yes people are generally not inclined to be very open about this natural bodily function but personally I love a good conversation about poop as it tell us so much about our state of health & well-being.

I totally agree! These are conversations that are very much needed specially with young students that never gave this subject a thought! It’s interesting to see some of their faces when it’s time to talk about it 😳. As a matter of fact I forgot to mention in the video what a healthy bowel movement should look like! Thanks for your kind support & feedback!

    Magnesium is good for constipation.
The best is the powder in warm water prior to bedtime. 😁❤
