I don’t think there has ever been a reliable piston engine over 800 hp by any manufacturer, except maybe Allison or Wright. Neither of which would be practical in this application.
Dude every car brakes so fast need to take the time and dial them in would love to see them all running and dialed. You jump from car to car and never fully complete them.

Kyle you need to enclose the openings around the radiator/intercooler and the bumper.... the rad is so far back into the engine bay its just circulating hot air from the engine and not getting fresh air from out side. seal up all the areas so that the rad fan can only pull air from outside the bumper.. look at some Time Attack build for ideas to make it fancy or spray foam it and cut/shape it

These part are made by individuals with a dream and it's a gamble with them but when you make 300hp per cylinder you are doing something right 100 hp per cylinder is considered good 200 is build but 300 is full send. Imagine your lawn mower had 300hp you would know for a fact it will fly apart but you find why fix repeat and keep going and one day you will have one you know it wont
When you are making 250hp+ per cylinder things get a little stressed out. That is similar stress to a V8 making over 2000, it surviving at all is a miracle.
when the car is driving it will have the airstream from the movement of the car blowing through the rad. Just make sure that the fan is not working against that flow, in other words the polarity of the fan has to be rigged in such a way that it is pulling air instead of pushing. That way the fan is complementary to the the airflow when driving.
most times, a frunning fan will SLOW air down and be a restriction if your moving 70+mph. thats why factory shrouds have vents so the airflow can bypass the fan. but as your saying, i'd assume they know better than to wire it as a pusher fan. this aint no D9.

Kyle, I know what that’s like! It’s always nerve racking/depressing when after a long day of successful motor work, something still goes wrong. I had an issue with a bad flywheel where my pressure plate bolts kept coming loose even with red loctite! It left me stranded with no clutch engagement one night. Thank goodness after the second time it happened, I drilled a hole in my bell housing to tighten them down until I had time to put a new flywheel on 😅 Outlaws keep pushing on!
