Just a thought... What is the hitpoint value of the stone walls? it is relatively strong then why not build those all around and then remove all the spikes. Mike can repair the walls easily enough and you will have a boatload of leftover fragments to make the fishing lures for sale. I can't remember how much you get back - it's been awhile.
