Ever try a "half scalloped" fretboard? Just the 12th fret and higher are scalloped. They're popular with Japanese metal guitarists, I guess because the Japan ESP custom shop has sold them as an option for many years, you can find used ones from the 80s.

I had to do an oral presentation for my Italian class last semester, for my university. I did mine on Frozen Crown and I can proudly say I got a good grade (even though my spoken Italian wasn't the best, according to my teacher (he's Italian) 😅)

If you cut the strings you can pull it off easier from the bridge. Imagine having to ficcare la parte arrotolata nelle meccaniche attraverso il ponte mentre le sfili da dietro. S'incastra tutto 😂
