Quick note about The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom, it looks like Tri gives you little triangles that allow you to make up to 4 echos at a time. Monsters take up 2, so you can only make 2 monster echos at a time.
Tri also might be a part of the triforce, or the staff is?
Adds nothing and changes nothing. Def is not winning me over on having NSO. I don't remember any N64 RPGS under MA15+

I'm quite happy with what we got. I'm getting Luigi's Mansion 2, Echoes of Wisdom, and Mario Party Jamboree. It's kind of sad that we didn't get Wind Waker or Twilight Princess, but I don't believe they'll be confined to the Wii U. I hope that they eventually become available for the Switch and Switch 2. It'd be good for them to be playable on both. I still think there will be more Switch ports of older games.
I think Nintendo gets so many people abusive over those Zelda games towards them when they should be asking nicely for them they stopped caring by then.
Fingers 👉 crossed, expectations were high before this direct. There should be a September direct of more ports. Their simply being sat on( on a shelf) ready😮😮

Turok and perfect dark or great additions to the mature section of the N64. that really opens the floodgates of other potential games like killer instinct gold, mortal Kombat trilogy and conquers bad fur day.
Make sure and beat that four swords so you can fight the secret 4 dark links at the end of a link to the past
There's always next direct for a hope of ww tp port I suppose. Excited for this new Zelda game though. Love the style and artwork
That being said I wish we weren't gassed up so hard to think it was getting ported
I'm still hopeful. I've never played Wind Waker and a bit of Twilight Princess. I'm excited to see what this new Zelda game will be like, though. The next direct is only 3 months away, and I reckon there will be more ports to come.
Somewhat a letdown if your hopes were high. I really was expecting Wind waker to appear, oh well next time😮😮

Turok is Great Once you learn the Controls
When I started this game, I was like.. let’s run. But nope, I was looking up and down with the control stick. Something I have to get use to.

Even in Southpark 64 the roorock cheat to use the Turlock controls....
All I want it's THEMES 😢 to customize my darn switch 😫
I would suggest going to the settings in the NSO apps and turning off “show controls in game”, it gets rid of that bottom bar telling you the button for the suspend menu and stuff. You can keep it if you want, but I find it ugly and distracting
I want Samus return ported personally I thought putting it on the 3ds was crazy that should have could been on the 3ds and switch I was very upset

I am happy they added 4 new games I hope they add Super Smash Bros 64, Diddy Kong Racing, Donkey Kong 64, Banjo Tooie, Turok 2 Seeds of Evil, Turok 3 Shadow of Oblivion, Resident Evil 2, Monster Truck Madness 64, and more to the service

I played through Metroid Fusion for the first time on NSO last year and it was awesome! My subscription ended around August and I've been waiting for them to add Metroid Zero Mission for months now. Omg I instantly signed up for another year and am playing Zero Mission and am loving it! It's so cool. I can't believe I never played it. So cool. 😃
Perfect dark gives me child hood memories after golden eye wich i own both on n64 origional but wish they would have just added it on the n64 swich online rather than making a whole new block
If you haven’t look at your cheat menu already. If you play couple levels.. you might have all weapons already in the weapons section and cloak device. I wonder if this a mistake by rare ?

I was a bit confused as to why they would make a separate app for mature games but I guess it makes sense to have them all in the one place. It would be interesting to see what additional M rated games come to the app.
Off the top of my head, I would say Resident Evil 2, Conkers Bad Fur Day, South Park 64 and Nightmare Creatures, but I'm sure there's way more..

Bummer I can’t play four swords because none of my friends have a switch unless I’m mistaken and you can play single player which I don’t know how you do it
When it was on the 3ds you didn’t need other players it automatically went to one player controlling the other links that should be the same now

The New Nintendo Switch Online Update isn't INSANE without Donkey Kong 64 & Diddy Kong Racing 64 and Nintendo Gamecube Library, but yesterday's Nintendo Direct Nintendo Switch Online update is good, defienitily I LOVE The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past Four Swords what I would LOVE to play woth friends, Metroid Zero Mission looks cool too and yes i'm more excited for those Game Boy Advance games because my Nintendo Switch Online Expansion Pass Sunscribe ended, Turok and Perfect Dark looks good games, defienitily Turok and about of Perfect Dark i'm more interested of Xbox's new Perfect Dark what was showed in Xbox Showcase. The June Nintendo Direct 2024 in yesterday truly was INSANE, defienitily with Mario & Luigi Brothership, Fairy Tail 2, Donkey Kong Country Returns HD, Super Mario Party Jamberoo, The Legend of Zelda Echoes of Wisdom and even Metroid Prime 4, I didin't expect they will show a freaking Gameplay trailer of Metroid Prime 4 after over 7 YEARS Dude this can't be real it's gotta be a Dream!!! 😮
*inverted look is the way to play 😎 I love the N64 games, but at least over on the XBox, we have modern controls for both Goldeneye and Perfect dark. Also, sad they used turok as the intro to it, because there's already a remaster that has modern controls available. Very disappointed they don't offer modern controls.

Yeah, I was scared I didn’t get the N64 games until I realized I had to download another app😂 I am about to play those games throughly💪🏻💯 Turok was one of the games that got me hooked with first person shooters along with Goldeneye. Anything Metroid and Zelda A Link to the Past I can get from Nintendo, I’ll take. Still hopeful for that remake🤞🏻

The direct was better then expected and some decent RPGS on show there so can't complain there esp. with Square-Enix delivering and I expected no less from them being a HUGE fan of them. I call them the Digital GODS for Nintendo's sake.
I’m kinda indifferent to this update, never really played Perfect Dark or Turok, and honestly if anything I was upset to see Nintendo not drop DK64, yet again 😅
This isn't a shadow drop. They told us it was coming that day. Lol do you not know what shadow means? It's means unseen, unknown, secret, without prior knowledge. They literally said it in the direct. A shadow drop would be not mentioning it at all and then dropping it.

I don't understand why people are so hyped for link to the past gba. Snes version is also on nso. Same for the whole Mario advance series. We got the same games for nes and snes. Would rather like to see more original titles instead of remakes of games that are already on their. Perfect dark rules... But turok?? The remastered version on the eShop is way better

Turok is just so odd on the NSO+ because there's already a remastered version that's on all platforms, including the switch. It's currently $20 on switch, but most of the times, I see it go on sale for like $5 to $10. Also, Turok 2 and Turok 3, which both started on N64, are also Remastered too
It’s a complete dum move adding turok to nso why in the hell would they do that when there’s already a remaster version wit better controls smh
@smokekilla13 The only Turok game that would make the most sense on NSO+ would be Turok Rage Wars because currently there isn't a Remastered version for it, and people are wanting to see a Turok Rage Wars to get the Remaster treatment.
