I was just prescribed this and I'm one of those people who hasn't been able to give myself in injection...I'd start shaking and sweating and it was a mess. But I've been nervous about this too...your video put me at ease. Thank you. I'm less afraid of my first dose.
Thanks for sharing!
How have both of you felt while using xyosted? What about your levels of T?
Yeah, what are your levels like using this method?
Me too in the beginning. I actually had friends do it - injecting my belly like he shows in the video BUT I wanted to get myself off the need to rely on the kindness of others I know to do this for me bc I’m moving out of state and need to be able to do this myself. I still get nervous but I managed and all I can say is this is definitely way easier than having to stab myself with regular needles bc those definitely were felt. This self injector may take a few tries to get used to but if you can get there like I did - in time you’ll see what I mean about the difference between the two injection options. I’m not a fan of needles at all either, but would choose Xyosted over the old method any day. Good luck and I hope it works out for you as it has for me. 🙏 😊
Its the give result??? Somebody now ?? Is that working on fat
Thank you sir. I didn’t have fear of the needle but I had fear of the unknown. Your video cancelled that. Administration of this injection is easy as pie!
Awesome!!!
Thank you so much for sharing! I love all your videos. I suffered from low energy, muddled thinking and lack of motivation for so long. A friend of mine recommended I get my hormones checked. While I don't have xxy like you, I have very low testosterone and recently started my TRT journey. I have learned a ton from your videos. Keep up the good work!
You are so welcome!
I was diagnosed with Klinefelters a few years ago and although they prescribed me gel and said is should help, TRT just seemed super weird to me at the time. I have ADHD and have always attributed my lack of energy and motivation to that. Recently I've been reconsidering TRT because I've herd it can really help and at the end of the day If I don't like it I can just stop. I just found your channel today randomly and I gotta say its really inspiring hearing you talk about your experience with Klinefelters! I'm going to contact my endochronologist soon, and am excited to see if it ends up helping! Thank you so much for sharing your experiences!!

I literally couldn't figure out how to take the cap off. Thank you so much for having a video. Also. I agree. I got that needle phobia from previously needing to self inject with needles. This is so much nicer, faster and easier.
Just twist it. It will pop right off!
Thank you for this tutorial, my husband was able to administer his shot confidently!
Thanks so much my husband has to take this your video was sooooo helpful!!!! He has hand tremors!
Getting mine in the mail this week. Nervous as heck with needles. Thank you for posting it gives me some ease about this
You can do it!
Thank you for this video, it put me at ease.
Glad it helped!
Thank you so much for this! I was really nervous to do it too, after 5 years of IM, so I thought doing it for the first time along with you would be a good idea. Amazed at the difference in experience!
Hoping my insurance keeps covering it though, b/c along with the convenience and painless physical experience comes a hefty price tag. Without insurance it’s almost $700 for 4 injectors. 💀 With my PPO it’s still a bit high, but ends up around $120 for 4. That is a v high barrier for access, unfortunately, and I think a lot of folks who could benefit from Xyosted won’t have access to it, as a result.
My pharmacist just told me to always ask for Manufacturer's coupon. I got my first 4 injectors for $25.00 after insurance. It would have been $150.00 with just insurance.
It was 160 for me but there is a manufacturers coupon that brought it down to 15 bucks a month.
I started using Xyosted a few months ago. Definitely more convenient to use, vs. IM. I've only had a few issues where, about after a week, it felt like it created a nodule at the injection site with some minor pain when I would touch it. Another time, I must have hit a vein because it created a bruise where you can see black & blue marks underneath the skin.
Sub q create nodule for myself too, not IM
Thanks man, just got this and your video was super helpful
The click at first tells you it's injecting... the second click meant it was done. You could've draw it out quicker. But still good. Also, let people know to alternate sides. I always do that to HOPEFULLY minimize scar tissue build up.
Thanks I just did my first infection after watching this video
great video as always. great job!
Thank you! Cheers!
Thank you ... about to pick up first prescription...:)
I just took my first dose with of "Xyosted" T auto injector after using your video as a tutorial, and it went just as smoothly. The insurance PA process was MUCH more of a hassle & stressful than the actual injection. Question, I saw NO blood nor any liquid residue, is that normal? I saw that often with the intramuscular injections on the legs/thighs. Also, are these less effective on someone with a large belly fat area? Thanks for the clip.
Yea thats fine, and I fully understand the insurance hassle!
Is it possible to load the TRT in the injector or is it pre-loaded? Because in sweden they dont prescribe TRT, so it would be impossible to get your hands on this.
Thank you for this video. I couldn’t recall where on the abdomen in relation to the navel to administer my shot. Your tip of “about 2” away from it” was very helpful. I only bled a wee bit. Last time I did this before seeing your video I was too far from it and bled more so I appreciate your help. 💪😊
Thats amazing, we need that here in Germany
Something to try and advocate for!
Testosterone in Germany causes world wars.
The odd thing is that these are actually manufactured in Germany.
@randyfowler.metchem95 doesn't even surprise tbh but germany is also very strict, you always have go to the doctor to get the injection
Thanks for this wonderful video my friend. Can you please tell me how deep did the needle go into the subq fat? And what is the gauge of the needle? If you have an idea. Thanks.
I think it’s a 1/2 inch needle but could be 5/8 and I believe it’s a 27g
thanks for sharing! I had the opposite problem as someone who has done intramuscular injections I was anxious about not having control over a spring loaded needle lol. it's not that bad tho and def quick and easy by comparison. very very tiny pinch but for me it was just about staying calm while anticipating the spring when I was pressing it into my belly! 😂
So I just tried this and I didn't feel a thing the window goes down and I hope it worked. No mark no nothing hoping I actually got injected with the testosterone will see how I start feeling
Thanks for sharing
Thanks for watching!
My son recently discontinued Testopel and his Endocrinologist suggested this. A prior authorization was needed wondering "why" he couldn't use regular T injections. Very simply because of his "developmental differences" using a pre measured product allows him to be more independent. He was approved and has just started Zyosted.
Could you show some other injection sites if there are any?
I just got this myself, the only injection sites are on either side of the lower front abdomen, as he showed here. You can switch back and forth if it's helpful, but only those two areas are available.
Great Video! Where do you stand with this product as of now?
Its too expensive and my insurance wont cover it. But if it was cheaper ide use it all the time.
Ive been using these for a few months and now realize I’ve been doing it slightly wrong the hole time
Happy to help! This was my first time after reading the instructions a few times.
Hello, do you think this method and doze that this device has, could be prescribed for a 13 year old boy?, Sorry for the ignorance, I'm learning about it, I don't know if everyone get prescribed the same kind or doze of testosterone. Thanks
I just started taking xyosted 75 Mg. Can I ask what levels you testerone is now on it?
Im around 600, I was talking 85mg before trying this and was 776. I notice a difference.
Hey everyone, I'm looking for a solution to empty the content of amps into EPIPEN. Is there such a thing? I need to inject 1/4 of 1ml amp via Subq injection 3.5 days a week . At the moment I have to empty the content into x4 insulin syringes and it takes alot of my time.
Thanks for the video
I quit doing IM 6 months ago. Subq was the game changer. Just have to do more frequent injections which don't bother me over the harpoon lol.
Agreed 💯
sometimes injecting my xyosted hurts and i wonder if im doing it wrong… been taking t for two years 😅😅

I have Kaiser and they won't prescribe anything for me. They keep telling me I don't have Kleinfelters even though I was diagnosed 47xxy at 25 years old prior to joining with Kaiser. I'm 53 now and have been suffering with major issues to no avail. How do you beg an endocrinologist who won't listen to work with you?
Kaiser is a not-so-great network. You'll either have to apply for your medical records that pre-date Kaiser to use as evidence of your diagnosis and / or seek out a new Endocrinologist until one works.
Thanks for the video, I'm also an xxy dude and for now 56 years. I been taking the jab from my doctor but have decided to start doing it myself. I'll see If I can get the new EpiPen kit here in Canada and give it a try. Thanks again and have an awesome day.
Its better to ask and be told no, then not ask at all!
does insurance cover it?
@@CainnechK my husband had to go through using patches & gel first until they would cover this right here. But I assume it would also depend on your insurance. Just thought I’d try and help.
Where did you bought this?😮
Lately when I inject the zyhosted pen it seem to click very quickly and the orange meter goes really fast for some reason , any tips? (I been using this for a months and it just seemed to start doing this recently (75mg)
Bro I need help I have to inject testosterone but when I go to inject it doesn’t come out one time the needle popped out from pressure
Can you use this device for IM injections, or does it only work for SubQ, like you showed?
only SubQ
Why can’t you inject the glute ?
Its subQ meant for the belly.
It needs to go into fat, basically. The stomach is the best place because its easiest to access by yourself. I've seen it used in other spots, but the question would be, why bother using a different spot? It doesn't hurt so you shouldn't be afraid of doing it yourself (I have been getting IM injections every week for 27 years, I refuse to do my own injections anymore) and because the medication dissipates into the body so quickly, there's no reason for it to be given into a muscle.
Your belly looks good
Just got a sample today
I've been on it for 2 weeks, and I think I'm doin it wrong, there been a little bit of the liquid that's coming out of the injection spot, is that normal
Maybe hold it for longer after it clicks the second time? I mean you just put a needle into your belly so it might leak out a big. A small bandaid and some pressure can also help.
Who’s the guy in this video? Been trying to privately get in contact with him
My name is Ryan, You can contact me at Info@livingwithxxy.org
Is testosterone enanthate in Xyosted different than enanthate dedicated for IM injections? Lots of people do intramuscular enanthate subcutaneously (much easier way to handle TRT) and it works for them (lucky ones), tried the same, nevertheless, it doesn't work for me, had to come back to IM shots. Wonder if Xyosted could change this. Can anybody tell me is there any difference between Xyosted and "common" enanthate?
Not sure
I can't speak with certainty, but my understanding is that the oil base for Xyosted is much thinner, allowing it both to be injected through the tiny needle, and dissipate more rapidly/easily into the body. I asked my endocrinologist if i Could inject the regular cypionate with a tiny needle in the same fashion and that's basically what he told me. Its not designed for subcutaneous injection.
Thanks for input! @@bobthemackerel1
How are your levels using xyosted?
What’s the trt in it
Do you know if this is going to be licensed in the UK or Europe?
I do not. Check their website and push your doctors to learn about it.
I have a bigger belly and I found when doing it myself I have to push hard and while squeezing the fat, I start to lose my grip. It gets annoying and I have to get my fiancée to help while I use two hands.
Maybe you don’t need to grab the fat then?
Maybe you could get yourself a large clamp (like the Irwin style that you squeeze the handle to tighten) and give it a grab with that, so it'd be locked into position and you could worry solely about the injection itself.
Are you on 75m our 100?
i just came from an appointment with a pediatric doctor about concern of having xxy, when i told her that she laughed and she said ""xxy are mental retards, and You arent one", i knew she didnt know anything the moment she said that, cuz you know 47 xxy cognitive abilities are typically in the normal range, i insisted i wanted a karyotype and testosterone exams but she denied them, idk what to do now, ik she doesnt know anything or too little and her diagnósis of me not having that is wrong, idk what to do now, any tips? (Im 15 and i live in colombia btw)

Vete a un endocrino de pago y exige la analítica de testosterona y si puedes el cariotipo, luego con esos resultados te mueves con los doctores que más te convengan.
Does testosterone injection increase heart disease?
Not sure, ask your doctor.
How many doses are in one of those?
Its only one dose. Use and throw away.
@@LivingwithXXY Thanks for the info; I appreciate that. That sure is a lot of waste for one shot. The box alone looks like it should have at least 10 doses in it. I hope they can minimize the environmental impact.

Is the "pen" reusable or trashed after the injection?
It's trashed, also, a 4-pack has a TREMENDOUS price tag up to $400. 4 of those can average 1-2ml total testosterone. You can usually get 10ML of testosterone for $30. So it would be somewhere around a few bucks a week instead of $100 ish
One-time use. It all depends on how hard your doctors are willing to push for you and work with insurance. A 10ml costs me about 130$ with insurance. Lots of variables with this one for sure!
@@LivingwithXXY Good RX has a coupon for free refills for the first 12 doses, I may look into it. Right now I inject manually, and it gets stressful REAL FAST. It takes this little baby 15-30 minutes for an injection.
Are any of you on this injection experience bad back acne ?
Usually that happens for guys when they are going thru puberty, their body is changing later on in life cause they didnt go thru it at 13.

Bro give me your number i am also ftom india
seriously....why all the drama? You hear the clicks and it is over.....this is a 15 sec tutorial. not 3 minutes,
Perhaps you haven't had to get IM testosterone cypionate injections for 20+ years. Though I am not afraid of needles, and I doubt the poster is, that doesn't mean that its fun to get injections. And when getting IM injections from a 1 1/2" syringe so frequently, its bound to go wrong plenty of times. Perhaps you hit a nerve, or the needle goes into some scar tissue and its nearly impossible to inject. I gave up giving myself injections years ago because of this happening(have someone else give them in my rear). Its not fear of the needle itself, its just anxiety about it potentially sucking really bad. We still get the shots but we know it has maybe 10-25% chance of hurting or other issues. So when first using this auto-injector, all that anxiety is still there. You can see the relief on the posters expressions afterwards.
Its the give result??? Somebody now ?? Is that working on fat
Lot of plastic just for a very small injection
I tried to get this for months, my doctor at Vanderbilt even tried to appeal for me but @Cigna, being the worthless company that they are, denied me and refused to pay for it, Even though I proved that I met all of the criteria for needing the self injectable testosterone
Blue Cross Blue Shield covered mine, in case you are able to switch insurance.
@@youtube8775 thanks- I bought the Needle guide auto injector from Denmark and I been using it with regular syringes for about 1.5 years now, works great
Can’t imagine the cost of this when you need twice a week for life?????
I am no longer on it, video coming soon as to why. But they wanted $723 for one month supply!!!!
Thank you for your video! Greatly appreciated!
Glad it was helpful!
Noice!
to be on trt and not work out is like being given the keys to a ferrari and only driving it around the neighborhood
Thank you for your ignorant comment :). For many men with XXY it is more like they were walking everywhere and someone gave them the keys to a normal day to day car.
@@LivingwithXXY Okay. Using your example, it's like going from walking to being given a car, but only driving that car up to 20 miles per hour when you could at least be going 60. Maybe not 100+ but at least lift the minimum for health benefits and reap the free testosterone rewards of achieving that healthy muscle state with 1/10th the effort it takes naturals to achieve. I'm not hating im just saying
