Hyderabad city bangalore ni cross cheyaledu boss, Bangalore lo 4000 plus comapnies unnayi IT comapnies where as in Hyderabad 1500 plus ye, so we can not compare Bangalore with Hyderabad.
Murali Mohan garu's analysis is top class. In just half an hour he has given a clear picture of Andhra and Telengana.

Hello my dear murali mohan garu. I am not from Andhra, but Vizag is the 8th largest city in India with 50 billion dollar CITy GDP. How can you say that vizag is a town. Entire pharma manufacturing takes place in Vizag, one of the largest port, eastern naval command headquarters, HPCL, coromondal, ship yard, all good educational institutions, world class tourism place with beautiful beaches, super people, BHEL, top class steelplant - . In hyderabad except IT nothing is there. I don't have political interest , but Don't say Vizag is not eligible for Capital ..

what he said is right, the population of vizag and Vijayawada is 2 million each. real-estate needs people not GDP. GDP is not the correct metric . there are lot of corporations which contributes like exports imports and so on these numbers don't translate into salaries and employment. example how many jobs does port create Information technology.

Good interview. My view the investment in apartment in Hyderabad is not much appreciated when compared to investment cost. There is not much appreciation vs cost of investment. Buying a flat is easy but while selling the same the return on investment in Hyderabad real eatate is not good. This is my opinion

No body will sell their lands,flats for loss unless necessary.Real estate mrket will be flat for 3 to 4 years and land rates 50 to 60 kms from Orr will definitely going to decrease.Rates will increase only when realndemand will be there.

@kalyannnBH as per the Govt of India published report, the IT exports from Karnataka stands at 66 bn USd and Telangana stans at 32bn USD for FY23. I hope you know what the financial year is. So people like you just read random news articles and make statements . So don't be a fool. The startup ecosystem in Bangalore is the largest in the country. Hyderabad is not even 1/10th of Bangalore. Hyderabad is gachibowli as far as IT is concerned, Bangalore has Sea of IT SEZs across all 4 directions. Therefore, what I stated is the approximate and correct statement aswell

As per your words Yzag is far capital city from other districts then how far is hyd from srikakulam and vzm to hyd and tpty to hyd ??
