@@rabindrapanigrahi5423 Peak experiences do not stay but they are a gift from the Self. As long as I practice “quiet mind” (no thinking) There is just Presence. In Self-realization states the little self (ego) does not exist-Thus it cannot “find”enlightenment-is already there
