Buddha, Mahavir and many such great people have given this knowledge thousands of years ago. Why do we get convinced about the same thing only when a western person tell us. What we have is more profound and complete. It is like re-inventing the wheel when it is already there in the store room. Nothing wrong in reading such such books as long as they are inspiring. All I am saying is - understand what we already have.... Thanks Kajal for sharing it in such a beautiful way.
Buddha and Mahavira also spoke about Jati Smaran. These were techniques to remember, relive past lives and to see the futility of being caught up in the same old dramas and games which one had played again and again!!
