Spelman College 2023 Commencement Ceremony

Join the Spelman community as we celebrate the class of 2023 during the College’s 136th Commencement exercises. Nikole Hannah-Jones, the Pulitzer Prize-winning creator of the 1619 Project and a staff writer at The New York Times Magazine, will deliver the keynote address to graduates.
Tracee Ellis Ross, award-winning actress and producer, and CEO and Founder of PATTERN Beauty will receive an honorary degree, Doctor of Fine Arts.
