Great video! Any tips on how to feel it in your abdominal wall more consistently? Seems I do this but don’t really feel abs kick in
Try blowing air out your mouth with a lot of pressure but only let a little air out to activate your abs. You could wear a mini band or belt around your waist as well as a cue to help mind muscle connection. Also look int using a balloon for developing a stronger diaphragm and better breathing. Hope this helps three years later.
