What an eye-opening video! It highlights the shocking realities of prejudice and the assumptions we can make about others based on their appearance. Thomas Williams' response to such injustice was powerful, and it’s a reminder for all of us to reflect on our biases. Everyone deserves respect, regardless of their background. Let’s strive for understanding and equality in our workplaces and communities!

His restraint in such a painful situation reveals strength that inspires us to handle injustices with grace and humility. Thank you to the creator for highlighting such an important message about empathy and integrity. Wishing everyone watching this video that they may reflect on their actions and cultivate a world with more understanding and kindness.
Racism of all kinds is cruel and unjust. To judge someone unworthy and incompetent based upon skin color is simply ridiculous. If the human race realized that everyone is human, and everyone has a unique gift to offer humanity, racism would lose its power. In this story, all of those people had gainful employment because of that the very Black man they deemed unworthy and incompetent. Absolutely shameful!
@ronnieq9706 why bring colour into it.. she would probably react just the same if this guy was white, I work in security.. am white. I was new to a work site, it had a secured section, this guy turned up ( also white ) wanting to enter this area, he said he was a security manager and needed to enter, I refused his entry, I asked him for his work ID, he told me he had left it in his car,. I still refused to let him in... my work Supervisor appeared and said this guy was a security manager.. what do you think happened to me?... the security manager did not sack me but, praised me for doing my job... I can look at this secretary and think, yes, she is doing her job. And he should recognise this.. basically, this staged video is about stirring the race sh*t pot
WHAT MAKES NO SENSE IS THAT THE OWNER NOT TELLING THOSE RACIST IDIOTS RIGHT AWAY AND LETTING THIS GO THAT FAR. IF HE DIDN'T FIRE EVERYONE INVOLVED SOMETHING IS VERY WRONG!!!
Back in the mid nineties, i was a manager at a mid sized machine shop. I had been working on a machine and decided to take a break. I was setting outside when a woman pulled up. I was interviewing for a a temporary secretary wile our secretary was out of town helping her daughter who was going through a tough pregnancy. I was dressed in a work uniform and said hello and asked if I could help her. She lashing out at me telling me that she didn't need help from a dirty worker. I went back in the shop and heard the secretary summon me to the office. When I went to the office, out secretary handed me the women's resume. When I walked in the conference room she looked at me and the color drained from her face. I looked at her and told her to relax, no hard feelings. I hired her and it went well during her stay.
I have done security for big business places and once I don't have the person name to enter the building, I am not going to let him just like that. Because I don't know him as such , I lot a job just like that. I was as a special function and I have a list with all the guests, who suppose to come through the gate. There is a guy came up to me and want to enter and I asked him what his name, when I checked the list his name was not on the guests list. So I refused to let him in then a couple of minutes later, I got a call from my supervisor that the guy was the property manager. I said why you didn't put his name on the list and, when I asked him who he was he refused to identify himself. So the supervisor came to the scene and the guy told him to let me go, because I refused to let him just like that. I said that what you told me to do, only whos names is on the list . So he sent me home and told that I was taking the matter to the labour board, but I got another job a couple of days. That was paying me more money 💵, so I let it to just slide.
OK.. let's look at the facts.. the Secretary didn't know who he was, didn't know what he was, basic office security applies, it has absolutely nothing to do with colour, it's to do with basic security.. this owner should recognise this, am a security officer, when I was new to a site, this guy tried to get into a secure location. I didn't know him, I stopped him, he said he was my works manager but had no work ID on him, my supervisor arrived and verified he indeed was my manager, my manager praised my abilities as a security guard for doing my job,
This stupidness has to stop there iz no such a person as a black man he is different shade of brown no black the highest Yahawah said this in Genesis 2:7 [7]And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. So my question is directly to the pink people where did you created from stop calling my people no dam black we knew what you mean by it

Being kicked out of his own company office. That will not end well.
..but THIS story is sorely lacking any closure or consequence(s)
@@waaynneb1808 I agree

I owned that company it would have been one thing happening for the security guard and the secretary; both "Terminated".

Where is part two????
This story is bull. At the risk of loosing her job she would have verified 100% with her superiors before acting out her disdain for him.
Right. The secretary does not know who the owner is. Invent a story which is at least believable!
There was No Conclusion To what happened to the Secretary And The Guard which make this Video A Huge Waste of Time do better
Too much blah blah blah!
No. She should have been informed about the owner coming

Ignorance on full display
It's just a stupid made-up story. I'm sure there are similar real world scenarios, but it's just actors and an AI voice.
