- This is a quick video of the very rare spec cypress pearl metallic 100 series LX470 that I just bought. This is a 2-Owner, California owned LX with just over 171k miles. This is such a hard to find spec and the one combo I get asked about the most on the 100's. We are planning a "light" restoration to this LX. LOTS of service work will be done to this 100 to get it to "baseline". Among other things. When we finish this 470 in the next 90-120 days, we plan on listing it on Bring a Trailer for sale. The exterior is just timeless. It's amazing how this near 20-year old LX still looks better than the 200 series and 300 series.

One of my favorite vehicles I’ve ever owned was my silver 06’ LX. Looking forward to seeing the progress. My wife is currently driving an 11’ LX570 with 130k. Can’t seem to part ways with it.

What color were these wheels and will they be painted or powder coated? Could you provide a paint code?
These wheels are the original "hypersilver". You're seeing the black basecoat because of harmful chemicals being used on the wheels during previous ownership. It likely was wheel acid that caused this.
And the wheels will we painted. 3 stage. 1) black basecoat 2) the "special effects" color and 3) multiple coats of clear. He will also be spraying the center caps to ensure an even blend around the wheel. They look incredible after my guy mickey does his thing to them!
Oh and there is no paint code for the wheels unfortunately.

Directly from Lexus. They still sell the front seat upper and lower covers. Not cheap though.
@@hilsonmotors I didnt know this wow! ive been getting mine custom made from a company in Texas but I am very happy with the quality, in fact I actually think it feels a little better. The padding is also thicker, but thats good to know!

Yeah, it's definitely nice you can still get the covers from Lexus. My cost was over $600 though😳 I've never found anyone that can replicate the factory ripples and ridges on the leather. That's what drives me crazy!
