The body will eventually react to these long periods of not moving. I like empy and many office jobs sit very long obviously. But they are so invested in that game at league start... That they sit so many hours in a week...
This is the way it should be. I will never play at this level, but I like knowing it's possible. The best groups should be getting the best rewards. Please farm more Esquires so the price drops, thank you.
in what way should group play in an inherently solo game ever be the most efficient way to play the game. It deincentivices people from actually playing the game, knowing that "i should be running with a group instead". Group play should be as close to equal or always worse than solo play, cause the incentive of group play is you get to play with your friends instead. Also loads of the solo method in that high end, that was mentioned, requires way more effort on the 1 person, than group content does on all the people for example.
@@bailly1998 Not sure if you did the math but the mappers got 200 div each playtime 104 hours that's less than 2 div per hour and you are talking about it being the most efficient way to play the game. Plus all the prep they do. Not really the most efficient per player it is very close to solo play just being better div/hour just FYI

guardain/elder/sirus maps and invtiations and more speed= more currency. I did lightning warp boss rushing last league and it was 13-16 div/hour depending on how much I focused

Ignore the plebs the plebs that doesn't understand how hard it is to do group content like this. They see loot and think it's all theirs and is easy to get. Meanwhile solo players can chug out more currency per player/hour and nobody blinks an eye. Can't wait to see what solo shenanigans you do this league :D

Edit: I was not aware of the possibility of using a geforce now subscription to play the game, so that's a good alternative for this since input delay isn't much of an issue when you can barely see what's going on to begin with. For those wondering if you can do this if you just get 5 other no-lifers together, keep in mind Empyrean has a very high-end PC last I checked and this often turns into a powerpoint for him. Unless most of your group spends 3k+ dollars on their PC's you're probably gonna struggle with unplayable framerates and client crashes.
Running this strat atm. Not a beast pc, 2060 and 4 year old processor,, and it's a slideshow but pc sleeps since it can't properly render. Crashes feels more due to server issues rather than specs. But obviously you can't do this on a shitty laptop.
@@davidn3366 Your CPU is probably getting hammered more than your GPU if I were to guess, since the GPU is just sitting there waiting for the next slide to render. This game is very CPU-heavy.
Ive always wanted to do this in the first week. But i dont know enough people who play and also my wife doesnt care for video games so if I took a week off work to do this every 3 months she would be pissed off…. So only way to do this for me is leave the wife….
Put every setting on the lowest and somewhere at the bottom there is a setting (dont know the name think it is dynamic something?) which makes it so when you have more things on screen it just deletes half of it, it also makes your pixels go from 1080p to like 4p which makes the game waaay less laggy. For my potato PC it removed all projectiles my friend shot which made me lag 10000x less :) hope it helps
Div cards needs to exchange faster. Putting them in, klick the button, take the reward out is 3 klicks. Could be done with a bit of rework in one klick.
And here I am, levelled 3 chars, ran most of the content solo - and saw not a single divine drop in current league. Honest work as it is. Work? Did I said work? How do 6 of you split a mirror? Man, i suck at this game but it's fun. I hate the newer mechanics that give you one shot in softcore, I play softcore to enjoy the game but die a lot.

Something is off this league. It got that Diablo 3 "Season of All" feeling to it. Everything drops. This is the first time I vendor 6 links from my regular map runs. 6 links are worth 1 chaos. 6 links with white sockets are worth perhaps 10 chaos. Currencies drop like madness. Scarcity in POE this league is gone. *This is the "Inflation League"*
This is the "we're done trying to turn PoE1 into PoE2 league" and a return to how leagues used to feel. Hopefully it continues along this path. Game hasn't been this enjoyable since Sentinel.
@@Insanati I enjoy the game and the league, but the items and currencies used to hold some real values. They are getting somewhat lost in this league. If you get too many QoL than the game becomes BL3. BL3 was great fun, but the mechanics and the increase in rare loot drop made it die quickly. I have played since Closed Beta in POE. I have never felt inflation hit so hard as in this league.
It's so fucking wild to me that even the best group mf/solo mf/solo play strategies lost out to hideout warrior strategies in such a juiced up league. This game is so stupid sometimes.

Like, I can get around 20-30 divs an hour harvest rerolling, crafting, flipping and then get my hh in a day. Then I don't even bother touching this shit and do maps all league. It's not fun at all, but it is the fastest way for me to reach the most fun part of the game.

I find it hard to believe a solo player can grind 30 mirrors + 2000 divines or whatever the final count ended up being. Even if you divide it by the amount of players in the group, this number seems staggering. As even stated by one of your members in this video.
@jnssmnsn he literally talks about it in the video. 6 people at 104 hours not counting traders is 624 man hours in the game. 624x10d/hrs low end of sanctum running is 6240 divine / 275 per mirror is 20+ mirrors which is what the mappers got cumulatively

same this caused everyone i knew to quit its frustrating what worse is these guys bought out pretty much entire HH/MB market. meanwhile normal players who dont have a group get shafted so dam hard. like unless your on the moment league hits you shouldn't even bother with this league. its so overturned to hell for solo players too lol
The problem with the mechanic isnt even that its overtuned for normal mapping. Honestly its SIGNIFICANTLY worse than Sentinel for example when it comes to just juicing regular mapping. The problem is it scales WAY too much with MF etc. Im lvl 95, have done the mechanic every single map and have so far had not a single divine drop this entire league (Probably only 93 without Sanctums)
2k blue and 2k yellow nets multiple divines drops from my experience also even 30% quant increases the drop rates by a shit ton EDIT: its much better with more rares and 80+ quant in maps and it gets crazy with 8 mod maps
Truly sad to see. So many positive comments but this ruins the game. Why is this even a thing. Its terrible for anyone solo. Its sad and boring as well. Congrats the group has infinite currency 1 week into the league.... now there is nothing left to gain. Come on GGG do better

Best cpu possible. Gpu doesn't do much for poe. It's all the calculations that kill. Seriously, it's cpu bound like a motherfucker.

There was similar Mask of the tribunals for 28 div which was slightly better because of cast speed / multi from int / dex so we priced it at 20 div.

He is not using his pc, he is using geforce now instead because it gives you a more stable connection which it's not very expensive.
You CAN do this on a shitty laptop actually, 20 $ subscription to gforce now and you can play on a beast rig with 4090 in it.

Prio blue juice over everything and that will change. If you don't have at least 4k blue juice then you're not getting the divines.

Why is it terrible for anyone solo? You can make just as much currency solo, if not more
Get 8 people who know what they're doing to sit in a hideout and rub some orbs and items together and you'll outdo these guys.
Be mad about them making less currency per hour than you could make if you just boss rushed for the equivalent time spent. You people have to be trolling or never took a maths class
Equally sad seeing these replys. Been playing since closed beta. I understand all these strategies. But no you are wrong solos cannot make as much. I dont mind people making alot but group play has always been busted.
All of these replies show a lack of knowledge for casual players too...
@@linkofkokori huh? Try using facts when talking. Boss rushing was around 10d an hour. They are making 100s an hour. The only thing close to this is item flipping
