The Reward Of Giving Food For iftar The Prophet (ﷺ ) said He who gives food for a fasting person to break his fast, he will receive the same reward as him, and nothing will be reduced from the fasting persons reward. (Tirmidhi: 807) So make a habit this ramadan Give something even one date Also share with others
It is essential that more spread the word about the poison of the heart and soul that is gluttony. Too many spoil the worldly benefits of fasting by feasting or bad choices of what to consume.
Breaking the fast is not the same as Iftar meal though. It's Sunah to break fast w/3 dates, & water, I've never heard of a Sunah Iftar meal. I've heard we may eat whatever we like until Zhur. But of course we should never be gluttonous at any time
Truth. I have seen Muslims requesting Iftar buffets and have witnessed them fighting over the line and fighting over food by grabbing plateful as much as they can without leaving some and then leaving too many leftovers. How sad, really...
Disbelievers say on the day of judgement, " Ya Allah, please send me back " Ya Allah, please forgive our sins, not because we deserve it, but because you are most forgiving and most merciful, so please forgive us. Ya Allah, we have wronged ourselves and if you do not forgive us and have mercy upon us, we will surely be among the losers. Ya Allah, protect us from the punishment of the grave. Ya Allah, protect us from the torment of the hellfire on the day of judgement. My dear brothers and sisters, say this with me... I am pleased with Allah as my Lord. I am pleased with Islam as my Religion. I am pleased with Muhammad (saw) as my Prophet. Allahu Akbar Alhamdulillah Subhanallah La ilaha illallah Muhammad ur rasoolallah (saw)
"Have our desires become stronger than our faith?" Probably. Though I must confess that my ambition tends to be for the sake of God... So whichever is stronger for me, it makes no difference :P
Thank u for covering this topic. People needed to be aware and be less and less selfish and self centred. Look at how our beloved Prophet having meager but nutritious meals. And perhaps you guys would have better choices at making thumbnails
Jazakallah. This topic is very needed. People sit in Iftar as if they are going to take revenge for something.
Yes, unequivocally it's a pervasive feature in our communities. Simplicity, is a part of faith and should be followed in every act.

Why are you persisting with AI art, it's deflecting from the message and making it less serious. Please focus on the message rather than thumbnail.
