    You have really helped me!!! I have a lot of scar tissue and my knee hurts so bad every day! I’m 16 months post op!!! I’m very sad!!!😔

      @@KneeReplacementTherapistsyes sir! I’m starting today on the exercises that you demonstrated in this video! I do stretches every other night, ride my stationary bicycle, apply heat and cold, do cupping exercises and massages to no avail. I’m so sad each day with my circumstances. I plan on watching and administering the exercises that you show!!! Again, Thank You Sir!!!!!! 🙏🏽

      We are in the same time frame. Sorry for your progress issues. Had TKR 4/24 MUA 8 weeks later. Fracture from MUA, finally recovering but excessive scar tissue since April. Getting ready for partial revision and scar tissue removal surgery in a couple months. It will be what I will be, trying to accept wherever I am and live life. Good luck on recovery.

    Why do heel slides hurt SO much? My knee does not want to bend in this position, and yet it's not too bad at all when I'm sitting

      Same. I had better ROM early on & I'm at 3 1/2 months & I've gone backwards. Knee doesn't want to bend.

      Hard to identify why this position is particularly painful for you. If you are having better luck in sitting or any other position I recommend taking advantage of that and working more in the tolerable positions and then try the heel slides again after awhile. best wishes with your continued recovery.

    I'm 16 months PO and I think this sounds great. I'm also 10 weeks PO from Rotator Cuff surgery. 😮
