Hey Greg! I totally missed this video three weeks ago and it’s a sweet one!!! Flying so nicely! I’ve seen one this week. Sadly it seems she has been sold but I found already another one with some weathering and better elevator servos because some have criticised that. Great model just looking for place in the basement 😆 🤣 Thanks for the tips!!
Well I tell the video does not do the plane justice. The size and feel of this massive rc jet is incredible. Is it worth $700? Hard to make that leap but it does have some serious power and engineering behind it.
I did not set up any priorities, holds, or specific gains, the nose wheel is just now mirrored to the rudder the nose wheel never reacted before I upgraded to as3x+ but now it does. Also all my flight gains are at default and adjustable on the knov.
I don't set and priorities or set the gains to any certain setting, whatever they are by default, I do put them on the roller and adjusts according to the conditions of the day, real windy dial them a little higher, calm day dial way down.
Can it climb from a slow flight with those heavy batteries? I have both version of migs & have ovinic 5200 50c lipo (640g) & zeee 5200 120c (652g), both seem to not climb from a slow flight if i go full power. Now i got ovonic 5300 120c (720g) to try out. Jet is 13lbs with both batteries. supposely each edf makes like 4.7kg of thrust (should be plenty thrust/weught ratio to get this jet climb like nothing. But its nowhere near that, so hopefully thiz new ovonic 120c batteries do make a different this saturday. Next batteries im trying are the smc 5000 80c
Not any more than any other lipo. I understand what your saying about the thrust to weight but also the mass of the plane with air resistance, just as this plane slows right down naturally for landing it is also resistant to a ballistic climb. But not a slouch either.
@FatGuyFliesRC in my case. The mig doesnt slow down with ni flaps or take off flaps, only notice to slow down a bit with full flaps. I have to cut the power & just let it glide down.
@@FatGuyFliesRC ua-cam.com/video/R1EE5Qsv5RA/v-deo.htmlfeature=shared this is my mig, i landed with take of flaps, because i wasnt aware of lol i always go full flaps once i line up with the runway
Love this flight but my soon to be released part 2 I really open her up!!!
Great flight an nice landings an tell the camera person great job also thanks for sharing

What a beauty! Great flights as always big fella! Keep up the great work.

Very cool! The wings come off easily if that helps.
Cool Video, thx. I love the Mig 29 and I own the Arrows Mig 29. The freewing is far out of what I want to spent for a single RC Model.

What are your frontwheel gyro settings? (Hold & gains)

Bro pls talk about ur AS3x setting for the plane to fly this smooth pls lol that’s the hardest part getting right🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏👍👍👍
