Ask you MIL to get Nashasta powdered form from the Village and you can either mix one spoon of raw nishasta powder in water and drink that tastes not much good but you can use desi ghee and make some quick nashasta halwa and eat it. It is really good for back pain for women like us. It makes back strong. Its a desi nana dado totka. ❤😊😅
