Gameplay clips, if I didn't record them myself, are credited in video in the bottom righthand corner of the screen.
Movie clips are, well, from the movies, though I got a lot of clips from the Movieclips UA-cam channel. There are also a surprising amount of full videos on UA-cam. It's a jungle out there.
This video is me going through the history of zombies in popular culture, and trying to pinpoint what inspired what, and so on and so forth. I think for the most part people have a general idea that it was George Romero who really inspired the modern zombie, but I for one was really surprised by how much the games (I.E., Resident Evil and The House of the Dead) had an impact on zombie popular culture.
Okay that's the boring standard description out of the way, time to write something outlandish. I was going to go on a tirade about keyword optimization in the description of UA-cam videos, but then I realized that I didn't really have a tirade to go on. I just wanted to use the word "tirade". I don't think I've EVER gone on an angry rant in the descriptions of one of my videos.
I mean there's a first for everything, but as of right now I feel like it's unlikely to happen. I'm just not an angry person in general but I also don't know what I'd go get angry about. Certainly not UA-cam Keyword optimization, I tell you what.
I feel compelled to state that part of the reason why this video took so long to come out is because I got bamboozled into playing the Mass Effect trilogy. I had fun with it, and I'd probably peg the trilogy overall as "good", but I don't know if I'd go out of my way to recommend it. I don't know if the original Mass Effect games have aged that well. This might be the hottest take I've ever had on this platform.

Good work! It was neat to see the whole process of how this idea went from script to screen. And I gotta say, that zombie axe flip was indeed something else.
Looking forward to working on your next script. :)

The zombie axe flip is bizarrely goofy. There's no other way to describe it haha.
Looking forward to sending you the next script!

      Hey Hu Man -
I haven't been making videos because I ran into the age old problem of "too many things to do, so little time."
I started spending some time programming as I felt like I was falling behind from a professional development standpoint, and lately I've been dabbling with art as that's something that has always interested me and I want to apply myself to.
So between working a full time job, fitness, professional development and practicing art, that doesn't leave much time for the channel. While yes I could try to maintain the channel as well, I feel like I'd be spreading myself too thin.
And to be clear - this was a conscious decision on my part. It's not "I don't have time for the UA-cam channel" it's "I'm not making time for the UA-cam channel". If I could somehow... say... have 32 hours in a day, I would probably try to fill some of that time with video editing.
What I'd like to eventually do someday is try to post small animations or something on the channel, or maybe something art related as that's my current passion. I'm not sure what I'd like to do, but admittedly I'm not in a big rush. I also don't want to make any commitments as right now I'm just enjoying the journey that is life.
Maybe this isn't the answer you were looking for, but I wanted to give you an honest one. I'm really proud of my channel and I like the work I did, and maybe some day I'll come back to it.
