Love these podcasts, thanks for keeping up the great work. Just an FYI, the last few pods, the "guest" microphone (the one Josh is on for this episode) hasn't been working properly. Could be it's turned backwards so whoever talks on that mic is actually talking into the back of it ... or maybe it's just not working at all - whoever is talking on that mic is actually being picked up by the other two mics, so they sound very faint and echoey.
