It takes their ChatGPT capabilities to a whole new level.

Is the video only a recap of the previews that OpenAI released or is there more to it?

It is a summary of all the good stuff plus 2 other use cases outside their presentation. OpenAI released about 90 mins of presentations and demos and some of it I didnt find that interesting so I cut all the “bla bla” parts and just focused on the good stuff plus added my comments on things ;)
