Is there any limitation using labelled field types, Its giving error when ever i start using that field type, so i use static field, characters, region etc..
Hello, thank you for watching our video. I haven't personally seen the error message, but I have heard people say that an error message does occur when they try to modify the element. Because I haven't actually experienced this message I don't have an answer or solution for that type of element. I will say, I very rarely use the Labeled Field element. I do typically what you're doing by using a static text element as my relations for another element (such as character string or region). It might take a little more time, but it does give you a bit more control over your search, which is why I prefer it.

Also if a single form have 4-5 different parts in it each part containing 10-12 fields/label, in a horizontally and vertically manner

Hello! How can I extract not only one field, which document definition has recognised? For example, i have a column with strings of balance's of the company's employees and I must extract all this list of balances, Ive created the static text field for balance and the value string for this value, ABBY matched only one string, but not another, how can i fix it?
Hello, thank you for watching our video. I apologize for the delayed response. If I'm understanding your situation correctly and you're wanting to grab multiple instances of data from a row, you'll probably want to use a repeating group. With a repeating group, you can find your "anchor text" and then use additional relations to find the additional repeating string values. We do have a video on this type of element. what if the forms have horizontal labels and fields too along with verticals

For suppose, I have a document that has exact fields as other documents except,
Space Ship Number. In this scenario, how can i set the value of Block SpaceshipNumber to zero.
How I can set the condition if element "YOUR SPACESHIP NUMBER" is not found set the value of block SpaceshipNumber to zero else if element "YOUR SPACESHIP NUMBER" is found set the value of block SpaceshipNumber to corresponding value?
Hello, thank you for watching our videos. In ABBYY FlexiCapture, we have the ability to set a default value for fields. When data is not found, that field is populated with this default value, and when a value is found it will display that value instead. To set this up, open your document definition and open the properties window for your field, in this case "YOUR SPACESHIP NUMBER". In the properties window, click on the "Data" tab. You should see a field labeled "Default value:". Place whatever you would like the default value to be in this location. Click "OK", save, close, and publish your document definition and you should see that default value populated now.
