When the week resets, do you get sent below stage 9 if you don't complete 10-1/10-5? Do you need to do more than 9-5 every week if you've completed the 10s awhile back?

You need to do 10-1 to get sent back to 9-1 next weekly reset

As long as you completed 10-5 and your tower level is 10 you will never fall below 9-1. If you have not yet completed 10-5, you need to do 10-1 to start at 9-1 again. It's explained in the little i icon in the upper left of the tower menu.
