35度,建议新手下蛋液的时候不要开火,因为手速还不够快,蛋液也容易碎掉,蛋液放完后放开中小火用勺子慢慢旋转,差不多香气出来了,关火,在下准备好的咖喱叶,小辣椒,鸡精,味精,和糖,下完这些后开中小火在旋转之蛋液发脆关火,在放入炸好的大虾,出锅😊😊😊

200g prawn without shell (use corn flour to coat the prawns and deep fried until golden brown. Curry leaves Bird eye chillie 1 Sugar 2 teaspoon Chicken stock powder 2 teaspoon Mix togather. Butter or margarine. 5 eggs yolk beaten Follow the steps how i did. Thanks for watching. 😀
