The NCAA had started an investigation against UF in the Rashada recruitment NIL deal. After the Tennessee ruling, the NCAA pulled the plug on their investigation against UF. Rashada was in a holding pattern to see how the investigation went. Once the investigation was abandoned, he has now moved forward with his lawsuit. Not a difficult timeline to understand.
