As for we didn't know who is the checker and what things or quality he/she may want from our paper. In practical we write things in exam according to our subject teachers checking pattern or outline ??

If your answer covers those relevant points, and you are able to write simple English correctly, then you need not worry who the checker is. However, if your preparation itself is deficient, and you turn in a poor answer, then you should improve your knowledge, presentation skills, and writing skills.
