I can't believe "Love Jones" was the director Theodore Witcher first and only movie. He definitely should have done more movies, I wonder where he is now? I always have seen Love Jones. But since the pandemic I watched it at least 5 times since it was put on Netflix. My appreciation grows for it each time. When I watch it, I compare it to this day and age. I love the friendship dynamic amongst the friend groups between both Darius friends and Nina's friend. Of course Nina has one, but in this day and age (or maybe just me) you don't see a community of people and friends supporting relationships. With the exception of Bill Belamy's character trying to pursue Nina that was wrong.

The conversation, the wisdom, the respect, the chemistry & LOVE between the two of them is just IMMACULATE😍! Watching them interact just gives me so much hope for the future.
