    I’ve never seen such a strong bond between a cat and a human up until I’ve seen this video

      Tan the man I had a bond with a cat that was similar to his. The cat was stray and I couldn't keep it. :(

    I've told my parents I'm not female, but male and they won't let me use he/him pronouns or buy a binder. Yet they wonder why I'm so deppressed, they think they've failed me and my younger brother because we're not the happiest of people. It angers me so much as they could at least help me feel more human (I don't feel like a normal person because I'm a boy, but not a single person see's me as a boy) and that will help my brother because I act like an asshole because I'm not happy.

      Jaxen the angel Hey, I get it. It's hard, it's really hard. Dealing with all the people in your life and it makes it hard to want to be nice. And to be honest, I'm truly sorry for the situation that you can put in. And I want you to know that it's not your fault. You didn't do anything wrong as a person to end up here. You are, as you are, and no one can change that. So I want you to know, that even though we don't know each other, I support you. And I see you as a 100% Male.👍

    I have social anxiety and socially transitioning helped it immensely!

    I’ve also noticed transitioning helping with my Anxiety, even though I just started T and have yet to have any of the Effects, just transitioning socially has helped me. Naturally my general anxiety is still there and isn’t going to be leaving any time soon, my social anxiety is getting quite a bit better and I am a lot more happier in general, especially since being put on T. Hope your top surgery recovery is going well, my consultation is in over a month and I’m enjoying watching your journey leading up to it.

    Thanks for sharing your experiences. Testosterone is not the panacea some people hope it is, although the decrease in dysphoria may help a ton. Growing up trans (more specific: not being able to relate one's peer group, which can be due to other reasons too) does something to a person, even to someone with no particular disposition for mental illness. A lifetime of hurt and feeling out of place in those crucial childhood years cannot simply be erased, but we can learn to deal with this and become the best versions of ourselves.
    For me personally, testosterone has really boosted my confidence. I am less anxious around other people now that I am gendered correctly without any effort on my part. What it has not changed is my inability to focus on anything for more than a fleeting moment or to sit still for more than a minute, even though I no longer have the mind-occupying continuous dysphoria. I am soon to be evaluated for ADHD

    The other day I watched the boyfriend tag you did with Jack, and forgot that your voice was going to be higher then it is now. It like actually scared me at first. I really like your shirt, and the name Bear is adorable! (I think you said Bear) Also, the editing on this video and how happy you looked really made me feel happier, keep up the good work and have a good day!

    Thank you for talking about this ! I feel it’s definitely not talked about a lot and I can’t find much info on it from peoples experiences so thank you 💕

    It so helpful to see a positive story 😌👌 there seems to be a tendency to focus on the negative impact of testosterone 😔 I have so many mental health issues also due to being trans 😣 your transition seems to have been perfect! It's so great to see such a positive trans role model ❤

    Thanks for thinking about making a video about being passively suicidal, I also deal with it and there aren't really many people that struggle with it that talk about it (really looking forward to that video now)

    Theres a video on *The Mighty* which is kind of to do with being passivly suicidal but I think they call it the *grey area* or something. It was a while ago tho but its a good video.

    This doesn't have to do with this video, but I rewatched your stim toy collection video, and you said your putty was drying up. Kinda late, but you can add lotion to it and it will soften the putty.

    i think you are good with words, i love the way you explain things, on videos and on twitter as well you make everything very clear :) i also have depression and have been in a really dark place, but i'm getting better. i still feel suicidal sometimes, but accepting my gender has def helped me a lot even tho i have not yet started T!!
    ps: this haircut really suits you!
    ps2: you can talk about your cat as long as you want id watch an entire video 😸

    I dont have the same experience but I went on *the pill* nearly 3 months ago now and it has helped me get through *shark week* but when i first started it, it made me feel sick a lot and i still had shark week just the shark didnt "bite so much" if you get what i mean. Also having a binder has really helped with my dysphoria but the problem with only having one is you cant wash it because I wear it every day. Also im scared that if i put it in the wash that i wont get it back because with 1 binder i made a year ago, my parents found out and chucked it out.

    • @rhye8638
      @rhye8638 6 років тому +2

      The Wacko Green Alien 1212 hey! okay I don't know what binder you use so be careful so it doesn't fall apart BUT someone told me if you're scared of it going in the wash (fear of someone seeing it) you can wash it during showers! I haven't tried it but it might help? not sure just an idea :)

    • @TheWackoGreenAlien

      Rhye Thanks. That seems an interesting idea actually.

    • @graveyardpansy
      @graveyardpansy  6 років тому +1

      What rhye said definitely works, especially if you shower at night so you can hang it to dry overnight :)

      Hand washing helps, on my gc2b binder thingy it recommended that and it's easier to hide than putting in the washing machine (or washer? if ur American)

    • @rhye8638

      Evan V it is in the DSM-V so mental health but I believe it is also classified as neurological, so I'm not 100% on that :)
