OMG. Gimingaw na nuon kos IIT haven’t stepped foot for 2 years because of the pandemic and I already graduated. BS ECE here, hopefully makabalik puhon to visit my friends who took their masters.
Received a call from msu-iit two days ago that i am qualified to enroll for bs nursing. It felt surreal and wala jud ko katuo na matawagan or makareceive pa kog call or email from them, knowing nga many applicants chose nursing and got higher scores than mine. MSU-IIT IS REALLY THE DREAM, but sadly i rejected the slot. For months applying to different universities, di jud musugot akong parents na sa layo ko muskwela pero i still tried haha. I also qualified sa pup, but still i didn't pursue it kay agi lagi anang sa layo napod ingnan napod dayun sa cons haha and for months hearing it, it just made me feel na ok di jud nako guro kaya ang layo, di guro ko kasurvive or something haha. Kailangan pako tawagan ug balik sa iit ug tagaan ug 10 mins to decide and grabe kataas jud sa patience sa iit huhu. Pero mao to nagpadaog ko sa gipang ingon sa mga tawo sa akong palibot bahin anang layo and unsa pa hahaha, and for the past two days wala koy laing himo kundi mag iyak agis kamahay haha. So mao lang to sorry sa pagrant diri iyak2 napod habang gilantaw unsay akong gisayangan na opportunity. SA MGA FRSHIES CONGRATULATIONS! Don't waste the opportunity na gihatag sa MSU IIT, if dili mo motivated just remember na daghan kaayong gaapas sa inyong school oy ug hinumdumi sad ninyo sige ang inyong gikalas na luha ug efforts before mo nakasulod! GOOD LUCK SA INYONG JOURNEY! sa mga students sab nga wa jud naila ang ilang dream school, bawi nalang ta ani next life char HAHAHA
sorry to hear ur story. somehow i can also correlate my situation to yours as gi reject sad nako ang slot sa coet sa iit last july/august gitawagan ko nila and wala nako gikuha ang slot kay lage na dawat sad kos akoa dream course sa davao(mas gipili ang dream course kesas dream school amp) as a scholar pero in the end layo kaayo akoa school and kalas kaayo og kwarta para mag study didto. so here I am now 6mos later mo transfer kos iit and applying again to my dream school hoping that I can still ace a slot in the engineering department with my sase score last year heheheh huhu pls pray for me kay this week na ang enrollment and mo transfer kooooo sa IIT
Good luck sa mga bagong mo sulod sa IIT, sa mga naa na sa 2nd ug 3rd year ayaw mo ug give up ug ayaw mo ka discourage if ma bagsak man mo or naa moy ma bilin na subject keep moving forward, sa mga ga thesis gamay'ng antos nalang pwede namo mag tambay with degree kung di mo ganahan pa mo trabaho after grad HAHAHAHA

my preferred courses are BS ACCOUNTANCY AND BSBA FM, kaso walang FM sa IIT. Got 102 score sa SASE and rumor na 105 cut off para sa BSA huhu. Medyo worried, baka Kasi di nako pwede maka take ng Qualifying Exam for BSA. I don't want to take other course naman kahit under sa CBAA, BSBA FM lang talaga second opt ko.

Hello! Pwede naman as long as pasado sa cutoff score for the newly selected course, BUT it cannot be assured na you'll get in bc the department will be prioritizing those who chose the course as their first choice and eventually passed the cutoff score. There are limited slots available (strictly 40 students, usually one block lang) that's why it will be a challenge to enter the course na hindi nyo first choice kasi mostly who passed will be confirming their slots na right away. 😊
Hi ate.. May I ask po? if pwede po ba na maka transfer sa MSU IIT? I am from UM in Davao City, a first year taking BS PSY and I want to shift my course as well into Microbio. If mag transfer po ako, meron kaya mga qualifications para maka transfer? Pwede kaya ko mag shift if mag transfer na IIT? I hope makita nimo ni, Thank you po ate!
I was also a transferee back then. Ask the registrar lang. Pero during my time we took College Entrance Test (CET) not the SASE. SASE is for incoming freshies and CET kay para sa mga transferees. That time wala nay slot ang BSCE so ni try ko ug enrol sa BS Math pero wala na sad slots. Gi recommend nila BS Statistics. So mao to ni grab lang ko pero after one year, ni shift ko to BSCE. Luckily naay slots kay naay ni transfer/shift and out of almost ten na ni attempt naapil pako sa 4 ka slots nga gidawat. So dapat if may plan ka mo shift pagka next year, dapat dagko ka ug grado kay i ranking mo base sa inyo GWA. So mao to ang technique, enroll lng bisan unsa na course dayon shift pagkahuman. Diay, the reason why nahutdan ug slots kay giuna entertain sa enrollment ang mga freshies. Least priority ang mga transferees.

Usually BSA's cut-off score is 100+ but we'll see this year!! You can still fight for it if ever it's close to your score naman ❤️
