Ingredients :-
Tomato 1 Kg
Onion 1
Roasted and Dry Coriander and Cumin Powder Half Teaspoon
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 ½ Teaspoon
Coriander Leaves 1 ½ Teaspoon
Roasted and Grinded Coconut Powder 1 Teaspoon
Salt 1 ½ Teaspoon
Tamarind Lemon Size
Garlic 8-10
Curry Leave 1 Bunch
Green Chili 4
Red Chili Powder 1 Teaspoon
Oil Half Cup
Garlic 7-8
Curry Leaves 10-15
Dry Chili 3
Boiled Eggs 4

Ek guzarish hai ..karyappak ka katta plastic ki thread ke saath na daaliyega..yeh nukhsaan pahunchaata hai.kyunki plastic kabhi destroy nahin ho sakta lekin high temperatures par yeh chemicals release karta hai..

Lekin ise kucch log Urdu kyon kehte hain. Yeh to bilkul bhi Urdu nahin hai. Urdu bolne walon ke liye to samajhna bhi mushkil hai. Grammar sab alag hai. Verbs ka use alag hai, words are pronunciation bhi alag hai

Aap bolte Uncle ku acidity hai. Phir adha cup/ 1 cup oil dalte salano mein. Oil acidity, ulcer ka dushman hai.

I tried this recipe but we didn't like it....although i followed everything she said. I have another recipe which turns out yum n is easier as well. Will stick to that.
